  This was an unbelievable experience. It takes all of the hassle out of car repairs and was pleasant from start to finish. It seems too good to be true but absolutely is as advertised. I left my keys at my apartment front desk, the valet picked up my car from my apartment garage. I received a text a few hours later with link to a video introducing me to my mechanic and a full run down of the inspections requested as well as the recommended repairs and clear costs associated with each. I was able to approve/reject each repair digitally. The mechanic called to explain one component to me. He actually apologized for having to call me (apparently they usually try to have it be a seamless digital experience) but he was incredibly professional on the phone and I am glad he did call because I was able to ask a few questions. There’s a phone number directly on the page if you do want to talk on the phone and they text updates throughout the day. The repairs were then completed and my car was then returned to the garage THE SAME DAY – sparkly clean and with a full tank of gas, too! They asked me if I wanted my tank filled and there is an extra charge but it was comparable to what gas costs normally.

  The price for the repair was on the higher end of normal from what I could find online but it’s not excessive and was SO CONVENIENT — it was absolutely worth it. I will be using Roda exclusively from now on. Such an amazing value to avoid losing a day (or multiple!) on car repairs. Can’t believe this exists, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  For my first time using Roda, I was very pleased. Especially as I was able to do same-day service. Also the fact that you get a specific advisor to keep in communication with. April was my advisor and she was very sweet and explained things thoroughly. Or as thorough as need be, since I thankfully didn’t need anything major done. I feel like pricing wise it may be on a slightly higher end. But considering someone can come get your car, and bring it back to you, that is a huge time saver and I think is worth paying a little extra. My office is very close to the Rockville location so it made things even easier. I’ll definitely be using Roda for other repairs if I’m able too. ?

  Today was my first time using Roda, and their service was outstanding from beginning to end. I absolutely *love* Roda’s free free valet car pickup and drop off service (I love the map showing how far away the driver is too). These services alone are worth the price!

  Right up there with the great services is the courteous treatment I received. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. Gabby, the first person I spoke with, took down my information efficiently set me up in Roda’s system right away. Also, when I explained that I hadn’t had my car serviced in at least a couple of years, she offered a complimentary safety inspection, which I really needed and greatly appreciated.

  Gabriele called me shortly after I booked my appointment to make sure I had all the information I needed regarding the work on my car. Gladis, the valet driver who took my car to the shop, was kind enough to text me and let me know she could come to my house a bit earlier than the scheduled time. Carlos, my advisor, also called me and let me know that a couple of services I had requested weren’t necessary and I wouldn’t be charged for those services, saving me at least $100.00.

  In addition, I got frequent updates the entire time my car was at the shop, along with links to the sections of Roda’s website detailing the work progress. The videos and inspection report Carlos and Mike posted on the website were also very helpful.

  Once my car was ready, Roda assigned a valet driver to return my car just 15 minutes after I submitted my payment online (another seamless process!). When Mehdi brought my car back, I was so pleased to see how great it looked! Thanks again to everyone at Roda for all your help. *This* is how car service should be!

  While I usually do my own oil changes and am hesitant on allowing other people to drive my car, I won a discounted oil change for Rota and decided to give it a shot. I almost backed out after realizing that they only valet the car but after reading the excellent reviews I went forward.

  The entire experience was amazing. From scheduling the pick up, to excellent customer service during the pickup, constant updates on my car throughout the process, a couple of complimentary items (car wash and diagnostic), and great customer service at the end.

  I will be using Rota in the future.

  Best car wash in town! My car is always shiny and they do a great job with the interiors. If I ever have a concern the managers are happy to help!! Free vacuums with every wash and they have membership options as well. When talking to owner, she said it’s been a family owned business for 35 years, that’s amazing! Tip: they dog treats!!

  Terrible terrible job. I paid for the Gold Package. Expecting more than a Gas Station Automated wash. Left water stains and spots behind didn’t dry the car well. And still asked for a tip. Don’t go here

  I used to come here all the time as a kid and come back whenever I’m in town, but unfortunately the quality has really gone down. The wash is fine, for the price. You get a nice sparkle and shine at first glance, but then when you really start to look you’ll see the streaks on the car and brake dust still in the wheels. I wouldn’t recommend the interior detailing because it lacks exactly that, the details. You’re better off just using the free vacuums (which is nice) and wiping down the car yourself. They do an ok job but then when you really start to look you see all the things that didn’t get cleaned like cup holders, dash, steering wheel, etc. I found streaks and water stains on the inside of the windows, fibers from the towels they use, and again, just no attention to detail. Would recommend if you need a quick clean, but that’s about it.

  It is not “TOUCH LESS” touch less is just a name. By the moment I noticed it is not, I was already in the tunnel. Your car will be scratched up just like other regular tunnel car wash and worst wash result than any other. I have immediately cancelled my membership and won’t return again.

  This car wash is the type that locks your tire in place to push the car thru the wash. The person directing me into the was not paying attention and cracked my tire cover on the equipment. He then proceeded to pound it back in place with his hand. When I asked him about it- he said “it’s okay”. Well first corner I took after the wash the cover flipped off. So my wash just cost me $100+ more for replacement tire covers (can’t buy 1). NOT WORTH IT!!

  You drive the car through yourself which some people will prefer. They don’t vacuum the interior or clean the interior windows. My wheels are still dirty and the tire shine is sparse. There are lots of water spots. The employee at the check in was very nice.

  Hi. I got my car washed there last Friday, but unfortunately it scratched the paint pretty bad in several places, even through to the metal. I could post pictures if that would be helpful. I think maybe the brushes should be checked. Since I will have to pay to have it repainted, what can you do to help fix this problem? Sorry, but I will probably never get a mechanical wash again, so a free mechanical wash would not be helpful. Also, I posted this question on Saturday, but no one responded. I don’t like to leave one star, but I think that’s what it is. Thanks for your support.

  I paid for Deluxe treatment, but got Disgusting results!! $22 for a lousy wash, streaky windows and dirty wheel wells. The interior was not vacuumed, windows not cleaned and seats and dashboard not conditioned.

  A gas station car wash would have done a better job. Once a loyal customer pleased with my purchase, I am now disgruntled, angry, and still in need of a car cleaning.

  Skip Flagship! There service has gone down the drain.

  The quality of service is sub par to say the least. For $39 I would expect my car to be properly vacuumed and wiped down. When my car was “finished” I notice dirt on the back seat and the center console hadn’t even been touched. I asked the ladies to re wipe and they basically flopped their dirty rags around spreading even more dirt and dust. I left frustrated but returned shortly after to speak to a manager. They “re cleaned” my car which was nice but still didn’t touch the center console. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again!
