a year agodecided to give this place a try, considering the mixed reviews. i personally think this car wash is a very below average, and will say price paid isn’t worth the service unfortunately. my assumption is that the soap they use is very poor quality. I could only imagine how watered down their tire shine must be.9 months agoThis is the second time I’ve come here and received subpar service. Today pulled up in my Ram3500 dually without any discussion of an issue as they began vacuuming my truck. As I waited for the truck to go through the wash a worker pulls it up around the side and parks it. It filthy, the manager says it’s a large vehicle that costs extra and they can’t do dually trucks. Refuses to clean the truck thoroughly or give my money back.2 months agoI brought my highlander to get a wash i got the number 5 ultra (the best apparently) did a horrible job vacuuming and wiping down. Waste of money would not recommend coming here. And they don’t have touch less exterior wash either.6 months agoVery bad experience They don’t clearly tell you the price, they don’t clean well and when I went to ask the owner he told me: “Did you pay for what we’ve done…anything else?”…You can see and be convinced3 months agoTheir car wash caused serious damage to my car!!! The workers were staring at me in shock so I checked my car. I informed the owner. The owner started screaming like a psychopath. He takes no ownership because there is a sign stating he is not responsible for damages or stole items.

Very flexible with my schedule as well, made the whole experience so smooth. C300 looks amazing now.in the last weekThe team at encore has Ceramic Coated 4 vehicles for me in the last 6 months. Their team is incredible and did a great job. They also offered a loaner car while my vehicle was there.I will definitely take my next vehicle there.
a year agoNot sure if the pictures do the car justice, but it was a worthwhile transformation. Frank was very helpful. I’d recommend Encore to anyone. We don’t live close by but I feel it was worth the trip. I dropped off some color match paint and they were happy to touch up a few spots. As soon as I had purchased my car, I took it right in. Erica, a fellow car enthusiast, greeted me warmly at the front desk. Frank was just as impressive in person as he was online. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere. Everyone at Encore was friendly and welcoming, so I knew my car was in good hands. I left my car with them for a few days for the coating and they sent me photographs during that time to keep me updated on its progress. I picked the car up right on time and the ceramic coating is amazing. If you think a new car shines at the dealership, think again. Every new car should be so lucky to look this good and I am super happy with the end product. Very professional and they do great work. We walked around the car and talked about options and then walked around the car when I picked it up to tell me what was done. They said they’d get my interior looking like it came off the showroom floor. I just laughed and said ‘just get it clean’. Well damn if they didn’t make my interior look brand new. This is a 17 year old Mustang and I swear they made it faster!

4 months agoI always go to this location to get a car wash. The past few times I have been going they have only been getting worse.I always get the top tier car wash. Thinking it would clean my car the best, but I am wrong. If you are looking to get a car wash do not come here. They need to up there came asap.a month agoOut of all the Royal farms I prefer this location. Most of the staff is very attentive to customers needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience. If we ever come back up here, we’ll be sure to stop by Royal Farms again and visit CJ. When I tell you his chicken is fingers-lickin-good,I am not joking it is really that good. I’ve gone through a few cars over the years and there is only one place that can get it right when it comes to the minor details with getting your car PERFECTLY clean. THIS IS THAT PLACE. yes it’s not a $20 wash but the services they provide are exceptionally executed. The pictures don’t do them justice
They way they take attention to detail to a whole other level here is amazing. My rims were always dirty after trying other hand wash places in Laurel, MD…but not after coming here. Everything was CLEAN, CLEAN. They even did a fabulous job with restoring cloudy headlights. The owner is a hard working and fair business owner. If you want your car done RIGHT…LOOK NO FURTHER!!
I’ve been doing business with Plaza Car Wash for about a year now, and my last few scenarios have been terrible. The lack of effort the detailers put into drying the excess water around my car is poor, which leaves multiple dry spots around my car that can damage the paint. When I voice a concern to the detailer that washed my car, there’s usually a communication barrier and sometimes and I’ll receive attitude from one of them if I feel like something hasn’t been done right.
In a single hour, the filthy exterior, of my car, was transformed into a glowing jewel. Even the wheel covers are now shiny. I paid a modest extra price for the Aquapel windshield-glass treatment; to improve the visibilty. Comfortable seats in the customer waiting room.
This place is not honoring the coupons they are sending out for birthdays.
I got my coupons and I tried to use them whole week and they either were closed or closing and are not able to provide service. I went there the very next day after the explosion of the coupons, because they were closed most of the day’s before, and all I get from someone who barely speaks English is – sorry nothing can be done. Even, explain, that, have been trying to use the coupons past week, and they were closed, or not working.
When I ask for manager-he wasn’t there and he doesn’t have time to talk. I asked to call the Manager – not possible- no time .
Very poor customer service and management.
Don’t waste your time and money.
