a week agoDo not use wash membership through Everwash! The wash will sometimes not start and you are left with no recourse as their support doesn’t respond. What an absolute waste of money. To be fair when the wash does start I have no complaints but the fact that my membership doesn’t even allow me to wash my car sometimes is enough for me to stop going here and cancel.2 weeks agoMy husband washes my car here even though we don’t live in Middletown We visit quite often. He goes to diamond gets the car washed and well he does my car and it comes out like a brand new car. Thanks babe for making my car diamond special. I’m even a member of everwash just because of this location. The owner takes pride in his establishment and is a very nice guy. This morning however i missed friday so I decided to get a wash October 23rd in the morning and one of the employees had a bad attitude and I hope this is a one time occurrence.in the last weekA simple car wash shouldn’t take 90 minutes. I’ll never go back there again!2 months agoI was just at this car wash I saw three young men outside as I arrived. I proceeded to get my car washed but wasn’t sure when to proceed forward. My car got wet and that’s all that happened. Neither of the three young men were in sight to assist or guided. I left the car wash without having my car washed. Customer service HORRIBLE!!! I paid $16+ to get my car washed. Very dissatisfied customer.

This location collaborates with Water Mission, every wash helps provide clean water to children.a month agoThe new managers have really turned this car wash around, you can tell they really care about what they do. The GM Jonathan spent 30 minutes helping me with car detailing questions when he didn’t have to since they don’t have those kind of services. The new employees all seem much friendlier and like they like their jobs. The person at the window Ryan told me about all the washes and packages they have. He was very nice and informative2 months agoThe car wash has two lanes, one for members & the other non members. For me personally I don’t find it beneficial to pay a monthly fee for car washes but when I do need a good car wash I come here. Prices are reasonable to the standards across the board for car washes. The employee could have maybe smiled to make my experience a little better. It took a little while to receive my card back not sure what the issue was it was about 3 minutes. I love that free vacuums come with this service.a month agoI have a home in Middletown, Delaware and a home in Canada. When we come to Delaware we buy the “Unlimited Works Package”. We told people in Canada about this awesome car wash … “Tommy’s”.When it first opened I couldn’t rave enough about it. However, after going through the car wash, three times, today … I can say this car wash has definitely gone downhill. I believe they have cut back on the chemicals. My truck was not cleaned throughly. It was still quite wet when done and the tires did not shine.
One more disappointment … they used to hose off cover tech mats because they would not go through the machine. Today I was told they no longer do that.
I was not the only person there today that noticed the quality of this car wash is not what it used to be. When I got home I washed my mats. While doing so, two neighbors stop to talk with me. Both these neighbors said they no longer go to “Tommy’s” because their service is now subpar.
2 months agoI don’t usually like automatic drive-thru car washes, but this one is awesome! Even dries and cleans my tires and rims to my expectations!! And the free vacuum with the extra long powerful hoses definitely gets any job done! 5 ?

7 months agoUpdate: While I have not been back to this location the new wash I use still leaves soap all over my car too. So that appears to be a problem with my car.I used them for almost a year due to birds target my car daily and they where the only ones with a monthly subscription. Unfortunately I was never really happy. The wash was very inconsistent. A very good portion of my washes left my car covered in soap after leaving. Sometimes with bird mess still on my car as well. But my biggest problem was always the left over soap.

I love the monthly car wash club membership and the fact that I can save by adding in extras when needed during storms or other inclement weather so my Tesla always looks her best!Thank you to the young gentlemen, Ethan, who took care of all my kids’ goldfish and cheerio messes. You rock!

5 months agoWhen I came here for the first time I met thus nice gentleman who took very good care of my vehicle. Some things include moving signs out of the way so it doesn’t damage my vehicle and making sure the wash goes smoothly. It was a quality guarantee and we even had a few laughs. Overall I will be returning here instead of going to Tommy’s which I’ve had many issues. Thanks again for the great wash!2 months agoGreat car wash. I had a very dirty small truck and went to another car wash and they would not let me go thru bc I had some things in the bed of the truck. I went to Greenhill and the guy said it was ok . I then proceeded to the automated wash. JOE was fantastic. He realized how dirty it was and did some scrubbing prior to entering the automated wash. He was wonderful and seemed to take pride in his work and really cared about the customers. Thank you JOE and Greenhill carwash for taking care of me.5 months agoJoe Flowers and Stephen are some of the greatest professionals in this business. My wife just upgraded her membership to the best wash club and you seriously cannot get a better deal than with that. You can even get a free vacuum token every time with that membership.My wife typically goes at least twice a week because of the industry she works in and for. Joe Flowers always asks about the family and does a fantastic job about pre-washing the front and sides before the experience is finished. It’s so nice to know that we’re saving water by doing this and even better to get the best customer experience ever.

Needed the interior of my Tacoma cleaned due to our two dogs’ hair and dirt. Got online and googled local detailers and called Exquisite and spoke to Franklin. Told him what I needed, and we set up a date and time. The technician, Malcolm was running late from another customer, and I got a call from Exquisite letting me know he would be at my house within an hour which was fine. Truck looks new and the interior was clean, and I was very happy with Malcolm’s work.
Franklin was beyond amazing and incredibly professional. He did a fantastic job with an interior cleaning of my Toyota rav4. Franklin did not miss a single detail, I was blown away with the results. I highly recommend him and his services to anyone.
