4 months agoLiterally every time I come here there’s something malfunctioning. With no employees to pay I can’t imagine your overhead is that much to where you cannot keep your hoses from leaking and soap brushes from dripping down my hand and clothes. I will buy your business if running a car wash is so difficult for you. Maybe just start investing in a few vending machines around the area. That might be more of your speed. Why wouldn’t you strive to have the best car wash?2 weeks agoDon’t waste your time or money coming here. It’s pathetic, a scam and just take your money.Every time you come you have no idea if they’ll even have the products in stock. Numerous times the pre soak is empty, no tire/wheel cleaner, or foaming conditioner.
What’s the point of paying for something if you can’t even have confidence you’ll get the product/service. What a scam.
5 years agoI went thru the automated wash for the first time today… It did an ok job, but did not get all of the dirt off of the paint, and left a lot of the dirt on the rims. I drive a Dodge Ram 1500, and was sure to remove my antenna and fold in my mirrors, but the machine still did damage… it bent both of my wiper blades and broke one of them completely off (I reach out during the wash and grabbed it so that the machine wouldn’t do more damage with it), and it bent one of the wiper arms. I reported the incident to the onsite staff (two kids), but unfortunately they were unable to offer any kind of help or reassurance other than the phone number for the main office, the made no report of the incident, didn’t even take down my name, but they were sure to tell me that there is “signs all over the place saying enter at your own risk” (I saw no signs). I will be calling the office Monday morning about this. It cost me $40 for new wiper blades after an ok $12 wash… this is unacceptable. If Birch doesn’t do something about this then I’ll never come here again and never buy anything from them again, and I am definitely going to tell everyone that I know about this. This is unacceptable.a month agoPretty good drive-thru car wash. Highly recommend. Really enjoy the spotless rinse. I also bought into the app to let you pay a certain amount of money every month to get unlimited washes. I gave it three stars because I entered the tunnel. It stopped working midway. I drove around nobody was working at 3:30 p.m. saturday. I called the customer support line got a very helpful man that was able to get the other side working in that charge me again. This is the third time. If it wasn’t for the support line I probably would patronize the establishment. Not to say I won’t recommend because it works well when it works4 months agoCharged my credit card twice no one will return my call and on top of that the carwash wouldn’t even come on to wash my car and conveniently they were out to lunch or something in the office not worth the trouble

4 months agoI live on a dirt road and this place is perfect for a quick rinse. Today I used the brushless laser wash and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I do wish it had a dryer but it is what it is. Vacuuming is really good and it’s never busy.in the last weekSold place. You get a good amount of time for your money. Only down side is the triple foam is an option there but tri foam does not dispense from it. I usually go to places with tri foam. Now to find a new place even with limited options Update 1/2/24 Place has one both that works. a year agoWent for the deluxe wash to get sand/salt off my truck after being in obx. The wash only took a few minutes which I thought seemed too fast for it to have done much. I was right, there was sand still all over my truck after I left despite driving very slowly through the rinse at the end… 9 bucks down the drain…..Also the power of the vacuum was terrible as well, and it couldn’t read any of my cards so I had to exchange cash for those dollar coins. There went another two bucks….
7 months agowe use one of their unlimited plans since birds poop on our vehicles a lot. As a general rule this place is fine. I think they need to check a few of the rinse nozzles..we still have soap on the car quite often…or maybe program a pre-rinse cycle into the machine before the exit shower..10 months agoDo not use the auto wash. I understand they can’t get everything. The front and back did not get touched at all. The bottom runner on each side didn’t get touched. And there are rubber marks on both sides of the car. The roof didn’t get touched either. Over all not happy or satisfied.a year agoI bought the monthly membership for this car wash and absolutely love it! For $25 a month, I can wash my car once a day, every day of the month! After 2 washes, you are already saving money!! I typically wash my truck every weekend, and sometimes once during the week! My first month, I washed my truck 5 times for $25. That would have cost me $80 without the membership! Highly recommend the membership to EVERYONE who washes their vehicles at least 2 times a month!7 months agoNormally ok, but recently selected the $16 wash. Put $20 in the machine and it gave me the lowest price wash and no change due to no change in machine. Called the phone number on the website and no response.

Tried this place twice…the first time, they didn’t completely clean the interior and I had to get someone to finish the job. Today, I tried them again because the backseat was quite filthy and dirt-covered where my child returned from camp everyday covered in mud! They missed ALOT!! (see photos) I went home and used wipes & a dust buster to get it perfect in less than 10 minutes!! Sorry to say, but their detail team needs to pay attention to the details!!
I had a very bad experience. I even told the lady that my car is not even clean and they really didn’t do anything. This is how my car looks after the full service.
We have lived here for a few years and I am not sure how I missed this place! What a great job they did on the full service car wash!! The vacuum was just right, the wipe down got all the areas I was concerned with, and inside/outside are better than I expected. Everyone from the nice person who explained the pricing and process to the cashier and team doing the final detailing, the customer service was awesome. This will now be my regular place!! As for the comments in the reaviews about the interiors not being cleaned, as a person who for years has done my own car detailing after toddlers and trips and teens after sporting tournaments, there is a difference between a $30 full service wash and car detailing…. hours of difference.

we just moved here from san diego and i was so relieved to find a full service car wash close by. i’m not sure why the reviews are so negative? for $22 i got exactly what i expected! i have 2 kids, so i emptied out my car and blew all the big crumbs out with a leaf blower before heading over. i was greeted quickly and my car was done pretty fast, as well. i think maybe they took pity on me after seeing the car seats ?? but everything was wiped down and lightly vacuumed! the exact same things i would have done myself at home, just paid to have it outsourced today.
don’t expect new car smell, expect to have your windows cleaned, the cup holders cleaned out, electronics dusted and, all water/jams wiped off. exactly what i needed.
This was the worst self-service car wash I’ve ever been to. I would give zero stars. The wash asks for 8 coins you give it 8 coins and it gives you 1 minute of wash time. I switched to another Bay, another 8 coins 2 minutes of wash time. I will never use this service again. Then with no more coins and a soapy car, I had to go through the drive through car wash which gets stuck and only one side rinses that’s if you get any soap. Don’t waste your time or money.
