9 months agoI came here today and all the self serve bays were occupied so I decided to use the laser touch free automatic wash. Paid $14 for the highest wash. When it was time for the polish protect cost it only went down the driver side not all the way around same with the rainx coat. Car is still dirty as you can see from the pics! This was a total waste of $!!! I will NEVER use this car wash again!!!4 months agoCame here after an emergency and the staff were very helpful. I like that they have all the different options for cleaning your car whether it’s hand wash, letting their machines wash your car, shampoo brush, scent spray, vacuum etc. great location, reasonable prices. Check ‘em out!4 months agoNice facilities very clean form when I visited. The self service bays are nice and big. The only knock I have is it’s $5/min. There’s no way you can clean a car in 5mins. So prepare to spend at least $10 to $15 if you add using the self wash bays.5 months agoThe touchless wash definitely gets my car cleaner then most other touchless car washes. However, I wish they would let the soap sit on the vehicle a little bit longer so it can really break down the dirt and grime. if so it would be perfect.a year agoCustomer service is important!There is still room for improvement but the customer service at the Glen Burnie car wash has improved. 9 months agoDecided to give this place a try today. I usually go to Roy’s which I love but saw they had cheaper prices at this wash. I got a full service and they did such a horrible job inside and out, I had to tell them to go back to spots they missed on the exterior. When I went in and saw the interior I didn’t even have the energy to tell them to fix it at that point. They go so fast that they don’t even do things properly. I don’t even know why they rush so much if they only have 3 other cars and a whole bunch of people working. Quality over quantity. The $22 I spent wasn’t even worth the hassle since the only reason I get my car cleaned is so I don’t have to do it.3 weeks agoThis place is USUALLY really good. The last 2 visits back to back they have missed the exact same sections of my suv plus multiple other areas. The second time I said something and the guy acted like he was going to take care of it then he just walked away and didn’t do a thing.The missed the inside rear passenger door completely, the back bumper, the outside of front and back passenger doors, and the front windshield. The entire windshield! The number “1” they wrote on there for what option I wanted is literally still on there.

I chose the 36 dollars premium wash and looks like I’ve pay 5 dollars to have this people clean my truck POOR VERY POOR SERVICE7 months agoVery dissatisfied with the interior cleaning! We spent a half hour plus cleaning the inside of our bootleg rental after we left the car wash! Definitely was not worth the $30+ that we paid. I can say that the front desk clerk was nice & friendly.

2 months agoBEST SELF-SERVE CAR WASH! I just moved here from TX and am a big car guy. The triple action foam is super thick, glossy and actually shoots out in 3-5 different colors. Left my car GLEAMING.6 months agoThis has become one of my favorite car washes in the area. It has several self-service washing bays, 2 automatic washing bays, and dog washing stations ( I believe 3). The grounds are always clean, and I haven’t had any issues with any machines that I’ve used. I really like this facility.2 years agoUpdating my review! After posting I was contacted and the owner had my wiper fixed. I appreciate that a business can be accountable! Thank you!Automatic car was broke off my rear window wiper. I called the number on the door during business hours and left a message. Never received a call back. I didn’t expect payment for a new wiper, maybe a refund for the wash, maybe at least a callback to apologize for the inconvenience and let me know they would look into it so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The owners obviously don’t care about their customers and their vehicles to not even call someone back. Of course there is assumed risk in anything (which is of course how so many business that offer a service get out of being responsible for any damages their faulty service causes), so just assume that if you use this car was your car will be damaged and no one will care to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
4 months agoi still wash my car here when im on this side of maryland- yay 24 hours!a year agoI’ve only every used the automatic car wash so I can’t rate the whole experience properly. Though I’m sure the manual washing stations are just as good, I do like the automatic. It has different types of washes, like many car washes have, and a dryer once it’s done. The only thing that it lacks, I think, is the time the dryer runs. It doesn’t dry the car fully but a little bit of driving around or running a drying rag over the car takes care of that easily. The vacuum stations are great, ample time for low cost to clean the inside of the car and the option to add scent is a nice extra touch.

Was visiting family here in Maryland from Ohio and really wanted a nice TOUCHLESS wash…didn’t necessarily get that but I’m still EXTREMELY satisfied. The pricing is amazing, the wax that they use it amazing, the way they dry your car by hand is amazing, the interior work is fast and efficient! Went here for the 1st time. Was reluctant because neighborhood car washes are normally 50/50.
I noticed before and now it’s always crowded so I gave them a try since the previous spot I used to detail my car did a bad job…
I paid 42.00 for the platinum interior/exterior and was very surprised at how much attention to detail the employees gave. My vehicle was cleaned EXTREMELY WELL! Everyone was friendly too.
I am very satisfied and hope that if I return I will get the same amount of attention and service I’m paying for.
I like this car wash very much. The line moves pretty quick and my car is always clean when I leave. The guys who dry it work hard to make sure it is all good before I leave. I sometimes go to the car wash by food lion at mountain road but for $2 more, this one is way better and there is no soap residue left on my windows or mirrors!

When you find a good car wash, it’s a huge sigh of relief. My family has been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The cost is reasonable, and everything is very efficient. It can take some time to get everything done if you are doing interior and exterior, but you can clearly see while you are waiting that there are a lot of people working, everyone has a task, multiple cars are serviced at the same time, and no one is taking their time. It’s popular here for a reason!
