5 months agohey guys, please remind me to never go here and all my gay and minority communities please stop supporting this location. the staff is predominantly white and is very rude and racist. they only treat they people with kindness, concern, and care. only offered assistance to white people and was rude to me while i was spending money at there vacuum, car wash and car supply vending machine. instead of being polite and asking me to move, i was told move you can’t be here, as she proceeded to walk away. It’s sad that this still goes on in 2023. Also remind me to never move out here.4 months agoPeople that work there are cool people and they take care of your car, but the washing experience is just not that effective. For both touch less and automatic car wash, they offer a range of washing options from $12-$20. I get the highest priced one every time, but it just doesn’t do that good of a job at cleaning the exterior of the car. The touch less one leaves dust on certain parts of the body and doesn’t even touch the wheels. The automatic is better but there is that risk of scratching, and it only cleans a little better, but that’s cause the workers spray down and pre soak/clean it too. It still can leave dirt and grime in some places, like the windshield or windows depending on how dirty it is. The process is really quick too so sometimes it feels like it skips steps or you’re paying differently but getting the same result. I’d rate the cleaning process of the touch less a 2/5 and 3.5/5 on the automatic. I understand it’s not gonna be a super shiny amazing clean like you would get at detailing or something else, but for the prices, I would prefer better cleaning. All in all, I’d just recommended going to the left side where you get out and spray it down clean it yourself with their equipment, at least that way you can see and spot treat or whatever you wanna do. Might pay more though, depends on your time and what options you choose.2 months agoI went through the touchless wash lane today and was quite disappointed with the water pressure. It was so weak I had to wonder if my car would even be clean after and it was not. Rather than go in and complain I opted to call and let them know how dissatisfied I was and they made no attempt to provide customer service.5 years agoI love going here for a car wash! The touch free wash is 24/7 (shown in my photos) which is so cool! I don’t have any complains for their quality of services but only 4 stars because of their price (pictures for the price). In my opinion, their price is a bit tad high. But I’ll still use this place for my car! 🙂6 months agoWell run operation, great staff, various wash options and fair pricing. a week agoI got change first from the money changer because I had read some reviews saying they were overcharged when they used their credit card. The change machine worked good and there was an attendant nearby if i had any questions. I used the self serve car wash (14 quarters/$3.50). I moved quickly and I had enough time to pre-wash, soap, and rinse my Camry, bigger vehicles will probably need to pay another $3.50. Just remember that when you switch from soap to rinse it takes about 30 seconds to clear out the soap from the hose, so if you are watching the timer keep that in mind. Everything worked as it should, it’s a good place to wash your car.a week agoThis is a decent place to clean your car. I used the self-service vacuums and the automatic touchless wash.Unfortunately, the automatic touchless wash doesn’t clean the outside of your vehicle at all. I wanted to clean off some dirt & bird droppings after a road trip. My car was just as dirty after a premium wash as it was before. Related pictures were taken after the wash.
2 months agoAlways at this tucked away self-serve car wash. I have never been let down. System always up and running. Would be 5 stars, except somehow I was charged $10 on my card for a $3 vacuum. Perhaps user error, so be careful. Swipe once and wait before swiping again. I was tryimg to get extra minutes before time expired. Probably best to use real money. Other than the mishap, coming at night when no one else is around is super joyous.3 months agoThis place needs a major cleaning and upgrade and maintenance. I used the drive through carwash and wash was so terrible. The cleaning was zero to none. Car was still dirty and it damaged my cars paint extremely badly. Highly would not recommend. Multiple self service bays – automatic washes – tire inflators – car fragrance stations vacuum stations etc – the location of the wash itself is great. It’s a little pricey, but so is everything in Columbia. But when leaving the car wash, and turning left back onto Oakland Mills Rd from Berger Rd is dicey with a blind curve in one direction and a hill in the other direction providing limited sight distance. Keep your head moving back and forth to see onconing traffic in both directions. All in all a nice wash –

2 months agoPro Wash Auto Spa did it right! Asked to install ceramic tint on the front windows to match the factory tint in the back and it was done an less than an hour with an appointment. Also, one of the cheapest in the area. They even put stickers on the window buttons for those who forget to tell your spouses not to open the windows for a few days! Note factory tint does not block out UV or heat so I’m considering them to do a clear ceramic tint for these hotter summers.6 months agoWithout question, Pro Wash Auto Spa is the best in Columbia, MD and surrounding areas and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but to them. I am a retired Military person, and attention-to-detail was always first and foremost in everything we did. The same holds true with Pro Wash Auto Spa. Their attention to detail in spotting areas on my vehicle that needed to be addressed was extremely impressive. Everyone on the staff conducted themselves on a friendly, highly competent, and professional level. Ms. Tamara and her team took great care of me. She took her time to give me the best recommendation for my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the window tint on my Model Y. The downside was that my car is brand new and came in shiny and spotless. When the tint service was completed, my entire car was covered in white water spots…trunk, doors, hood and all glass (even the glass top). The windshield was terrible so I asked to have it cleaned before I left. That was done without hesitation. I had to leave to get back to work but called later and was given an opportunity to bring my car back for a wash. I wish that more attention to detail was taken to prevent me from having to take that second trip. Overall it was still a pleasant experience and I would recommend this business.in the last weekProwash Auto Space is the best! I blame myself for not giving more weight to the negative reviews! I got my car washed yesterday (6/15) in between meetings and I noticed my car was cleanish but I was in a rush to get to my next appointment to look at everything thoroughly. My first inkling should have been that I could not smell any fragrance even though the young lady said they will add pure linen. I called the location when I got home and noticed my car was still dirty. The young lady who picked up spoke to a manager while she kept me on hold. They asked me to come back to get it inspected and cleaned again. I told them I couldn’t so they said I should come back the following day to get it rewashed. Unfortunately it is going to rain today (6/16) so I called them back to see if I can come the following day, the manager on duty today said no and that I should have received a gift card or waited for them to inspect and rewash it then and there. I paid $47 to get a mediocre clean at best: dirt still in-between seats, dashboard area barely wiped down, car still with stains- did I even get the hot wax that I paid for?! Please don’t waste your time or money here. Overpriced and horrible customer service. I tried this place because it’s closer to where I live and they were offering full service. I’ve gotten way better cleaning at cheaper full service places. Never again!

Will damage your car, pull the pieces of your fender from under car wash, then not take responsibility of it.
Spoke to management and here were some of the things said for why the damage that they did to my car was not their fault:
He said that my car was dirty and that could be why my fender broke
He said that my car was old
He said that the blowers probably broke the fender but that is still not the car wash’s fault
The worst thing about this is that every time I try to call and cancel my membership they will say the wifi is down and they can’t cancel it.
Good service! Granted, it was very cold yesterday. I paid the $85 for an “Express Detail” that took 45 min. Also, for that price, they didn’t get down in the cracks of my seats to vacuum or remove debris like I wanted, I had to go back and do that myself. The car looked a lot better overall and smelled great, and the outside wash was pretty good. They got in the wheels good and made my car really shiny.
I’m deducting 1 star bc I opted in for the membership to get a $10 discount on the $85 “Express” detail and it took almost an hour, also I still had to clean spots they missed after paying 70 something dollars… Might return, but I will point out the “problem areas” in the car next time, and hopefully, they won’t miss those spots, or my final review will be fewer stars.
Took a chance today on getting my 2021 Tundra detailed today and it was worth it, excellent job, took their time got it done right. Danny & Darriel thanks for takin care of her. Swirl marks are gone.
