Best car wash in town! My car is always shiny and they do a great job with the interiors. If I ever have a concern the managers are happy to help!! Free vacuums with every wash and they have membership options as well. When talking to owner, she said it’s been a family owned business for 35 years, that’s amazing! Tip: they dog treats!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that their service is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you drive in, you’re greeted by friendly and attentive staff who are always eager to assist. They truly go the extra mile to ensure your car is sparkling clean inside and out. The attention to detail and dedication they put into their work is impressive.

Terrible terrible job. I paid for the Gold Package. Expecting more than a Gas Station Automated wash. Left water stains and spots behind didn’t dry the car well. And still asked for a tip. Don’t go here

I used to come here all the time as a kid and come back whenever I’m in town, but unfortunately the quality has really gone down. The wash is fine, for the price. You get a nice sparkle and shine at first glance, but then when you really start to look you’ll see the streaks on the car and brake dust still in the wheels. I wouldn’t recommend the interior detailing because it lacks exactly that, the details. You’re better off just using the free vacuums (which is nice) and wiping down the car yourself. They do an ok job but then when you really start to look you see all the things that didn’t get cleaned like cup holders, dash, steering wheel, etc. I found streaks and water stains on the inside of the windows, fibers from the towels they use, and again, just no attention to detail. Would recommend if you need a quick clean, but that’s about it.

It is not “TOUCH LESS” touch less is just a name. By the moment I noticed it is not, I was already in the tunnel. Your car will be scratched up just like other regular tunnel car wash and worst wash result than any other. I have immediately cancelled my membership and won’t return again.

I had the worst experience at The Auto Spa in Germantown! Their car wash machine broke my wiper and scratched my windshield, leaving me with a damaged car. As if that wasn’t enough, they even folded my tag! When I spoke to the manager, Nikki Raines, she had the audacity to claim they’re not responsible for any damage caused during their service. This is absolutely unacceptable! And it’s not the first time either – a few months ago, I brought my Jeep Wrangler there, and they broke the tag holder, but I let it slide, thinking it was my car’s fault. But now, after this recent incident, I can’t stay quiet. I’m writing this review to warn you all so you don’t end up with a messed-up car too! Stay away from The Auto Spa in Germantown! They clearly don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and could care less about their customers’ vehicles. Save yourself the trouble and find a better car wash elsewhere!

Save your money don’t go to this car wash. Over the past few months I noticed they give don’t give you a good service. Today i paid the highest service and I shouldn’t have. I used to like going here for a quick car wash but makes you wonder are they even sanity. They don’t clean your car. How do you miss a center console?

I’ve been to Germantown Auto Spa several times and they always do a great job for the price. Our minivan was long overdue for a car wash, so we decided to come here again. After the wash completed, they did an amazing job vacuuming, even the trunk, between the seats and in other hard to reach areas. They had several people working on each car at a time, which helped speed up the process. They even added scented air refreshers which were included with the middle tier option we chose. For the price, this place was definitely worth it.

Expensive compared to other car washes. The basic is $14, and does not include any drying. Which is basically a ploy to get you to pay $20 for the next level of cleaning. When a car wash which takes 5 minutes costs $14 dollars, and your car is not significantly cleaner than before/ has significant streaks, I don’t think this is worth it AT ALL.

To each their own, it’s just my opinion.

I purchased the platinum and was excited and looking forward to get my car clean. Since i was heading to the hospital to pick up my son. Unfortunately i am very disappointed. 40 dollars and I could have done better with a $1.50 vacuum at a gas station. People were friendly but the work was like I do not care attitude. It looks like my car was cleaner when I arrived than when I left??

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. VERY RUDE. BAD JOB. these people take no pride in their work. I got the most expensive package and they did not even wipe down the surfaces with a cloth in the back. The did not vacuum the trunk until I told them to. Then when I mentioned to the manager that they should wipe down the surfaces with a cloth she tried to further up sell me and ask me for more money to do that. She was also very rude. She claimed that because the car was old, it looks like that. Then I said I will just do it at home and she just said – yes that is better. It was really disgusting service. I would never go there again.

Absolutely horrible service. I asked two of the workers if they had cleaned the area and they said yes and walked away. I even spoke to them in spanish and they didn’t even bother to try and clean it. It also wasn’t busy as they only had two other cars in the parking lot and one had already left. The other car besides me also complained about how unclean their car was. Never using their services again.

Best to worst, took platinum wash package, huge disappointment. They don’t even clean the basic trunk door. I still could see water marks off wash on tag plate and layer of dust on side doors. Not coming again. Zero star

Wish I could give it one star! the quality of service has dropped tremendously. I took my car for the wash last week, they did the inside in less than 30 seconds. When I drove off, I realized that they had not even wiped the dashboard or the scree and speedometer area! I went back, the one and only rude man that has been there forever, got in the car ( saying something under his breath), and cleaned it with a dirty cloth which left more streaks and marks on the screen. I would suggest looking for a better place that will give you service worth the money you pay. I came home, and cleaned my car on my own.

And, they no longer give you a car refresher apparently.

Writing this post literally within a half hour of visiting. I’ve gone there a few times in the past and the basic car washes have been hit or miss. This was my last time because as the pictures show, it’s like they didn’t even touch it. Not quite sure what the deal is because I never have this issue at other car washes. I seriously considered asking them to wash it again, but I found several new scratches, so I don’t want to risk any more. It’s too bad because their location is convenient for me.

Are touchless car washes better for the vehicle’s paint?

Touchless car washes, also known as automated or touch-free car washes, have become popular among car owners who are concerned about potential damage to their vehicle’s paint. Unlike traditional car washes that use brushes or cloth to clean the vehicle, touchless car washes rely on high-pressure water jets and detergents to remove dirt and grime.

While touchless car washes offer certain benefits, it is important to understand their limitations and consider other factors that may affect the overall health of your vehicle’s paint. Here are some points to consider:

  • Reduced risk of scratches: Since touchless car washes do not use brushes or cloths, there is a lower risk of scratches and swirl marks on the vehicle’s paint. This can be particularly beneficial for vehicles with delicate or custom paint jobs.
  • Less friction: The high-pressure water jets used in touchless car washes are designed to dislodge and remove dirt particles without making physical contact with the vehicle’s surface. This reduces the potential for friction and abrasion, which can be damaging to the paint.
  • Limited effectiveness on heavy dirt: While touchless car washes are effective in removing light dirt and grime, they may struggle with removing heavy accumulations of dirt, mud, or road salt. In such cases, manual cleaning or a different type of car wash may be required.
  • Dependence on chemical detergents: Touchless car washes often rely on stronger chemical detergents to compensate for the lack of physical contact. While these detergents are designed to be gentle on the paint, frequent exposure to harsh chemicals can still have a negative impact over time. It is important to choose a touchless car wash facility that uses high-quality, paint-friendly detergents.
  • Water pressure and accuracy: The effectiveness of a touchless car wash largely depends on the water pressure and the accuracy of the water jets. If the pressure is too high or the jets are not properly aimed, it can potentially cause damage to sensitive areas such as side mirrors, antennas, or window seals.
  • Additional cleaning required: Touchless car washes may not be able to completely remove certain types of contaminants, such as tree sap, bird droppings, or tar. These substances may require additional manual cleaning to fully protect the paint.

In conclusion, touchless car washes can be a convenient and relatively safe option for maintaining your vehicle’s paint. However, it is important to be aware of their limitations and supplement touchless washing with regular inspections, manual cleaning, and other necessary maintenance practices to ensure the longevity and health of your vehicle’s paint.

Exploring Car Wash Prices Across America

Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:

  • Type of car wash: The type of car wash you choose will have a big impact on the cost. Automatic car washes are typically less expensive than touchless car washes, and full-service car washes are the most expensive.
  • Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
  • Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
  • Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.

Here is a table of some average car wash prices in the USA:

Type of car wash Average price
Basic automatic car wash $10 – $20
Touchless car wash $15 – $30
Full-service car wash $20 – $50

It is important to note that these are just average prices, and the actual cost of a car wash may vary depending on the factors listed above.

Here are some tips for saving money on car washes:

  • Wash your car yourself: This is the most cost-effective way to clean your car.
  • Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
  • Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
  • Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.

  1. Only regret I have is not taking pictures before my detailing. My car hasn’t seen a wash since the day I got it over a year ago. It has one of those paint colors you can’t really notice dirt on, or so I thought. My main concern was my interior which they did amazing at. Not one speck of dirt. They left my exterior with a shine I haven’t seen since the day I bought it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be coming here from now on.

  2. I recently received a full interior and exterior detail on my 2016 Silverado. It had not been washed in years and primarily used as a work truck. Gabe and his team were able to get my truck looking essentially brand new. I am very happy with the customer service and the final result. I highly recommend love my car for your next detail, and I will be back.

  3. The customer and the people who work here are very friendly! A bit expensive, but highly recommended!

Update: Unfortunately I just check some of my car area and got really upset. I choose the 70$ super clean package but, my carpet and door console wasn’t clean properly.

  4. Love My Car Wash truly exemplifies a family-oriented business. During my first visit, my car faced an unexpected issue, but the team handled it with utmost professionalism, helpfulness, and thoughtfulness. Despite my initial frustration, they de-escalated the situation, provided prompt assistance, and even went above and beyond to locate a missing part, covering the costs and generously offering a complimentary $200 car wash. Since then, I’ve been a loyal customer, and Gabe, the manager, is not only super awesome but a man of his word, making, “Love My Car” car Wash a true 5-star establishment that earns my respect.

  5. I’ve been here a few times for the full-service wash, and have been happy with the results. Today was the first time I came in for a full detail, and it was absolutely worth every cent. It’s like a new car, inside and out. Not something you’d necessarily want to do on a regular basis, but if your car needs some serious love, this is where to bring it.
