SimiHaze Urges Palestinian Support, Calls for Israeli Ceasefire

Take Action

Call Your Members of Congress

SimiHaze, a renowned celebrity, has joined forces with Adam Lambert, Dua Lipa, Gigi Hadid, and several other top artists to sign an open letter urging President Joe Biden and Congress to push for a ceasefire in the war between Israel and Palestine. The open letter, called The Artists4Ceasefire, demands that President Joe Biden and Congress intervene to de-escalate hostilities in the region after weeks of fighting.

In the open letter, SimiHaze emphasizes the dire situation faced by children and families in Gaza, stating that they have practically run out of essential supplies such as food, water, electricity, and medicine due to air strikes and supply route cuts. The sole power plant in Gaza has also run out of fuel, leading to a shutdown of electricity, water, and wastewater treatment. SimiHaze points out that the humanitarian situation has reached lethal levels, with reports indicating further attacks. Therefore, the open letter calls for an immediate de-escalation and ceasefire in Gaza and Israel to prevent further loss of life.

By signing the Artists4Ceasefire letter, SimiHaze demonstrates their concern for the Palestinians and indirectly appeals to Israel to halt the continuous attacks on Gaza, which have claimed the lives of thousands of women, children, and elderly individuals. The united effort of these top artists seeks to use their influence to urge President Joe Biden and Congress to take action and work towards a resolution in the conflict between Israel and Palestine.

Gaza every hour

Gaza every hour

In conclusion, the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict has resulted in alarming statistics, with an average of 42 bombs dropped, 12 buildings destroyed, and 15 people killed every hour since the start of the war on October 7th. Shockingly, 6 of the victims were innocent children in Gaza. However, amidst this devastation, the support for a ceasefire from SimiHaze demonstrates their sympathy towards the Palestinians who are currently enduring the brutal consequences of Israel’s occupation in Gaza, Palestine.
