  I used Premiere Cleaning for the first time recently and they were wonderful! I had just moved and I wanted to have a clean house. I called several places and was having a hard time finding next day availability or even week of availability. If someone was available their prices were exorbitant. Premiere Cleaning is very reasonably priced, extremely talented, fast, professional and congenial. The customer service was lovely and it was easy to set up, schedule and pay. They also offer a client hub and I can see all my receipts, future visits and everything—which I appreciate! I’ll be using them again soon for sure!

  Called Premiere Cleaning for a cleaning for my house. The first thing I noticed was that they actually answered, I had called around and no one answered or even called back. My house was a mess from a family members birthday party and it really needed cleaned. They sent a two person cleaning crew for 4 hours and all I can say is they did a perfect job and would 100% recommend them to all my friends and family. I also booked with them for monthly cleanings. I work all day so this takes a huge load off my plate. I also have two Boxers under two years old so this helps a lot! Premiere and their crews are awesome !

  The original cleaning service we tapped unexpectedly canceled the day before they were scheduled. Premiere Cleaning pivoted their entire cleaning corps to take care of us!!!   I’ve held off on giving Premiere a review. I wanted to make sure things were as nice months out, as they were when I began. I’ve had other cleaning services start off strong and then disappoint. Six months in I’m completely satisfied! I was impressed with Krystal when I first met her during our in home estimate.

  We’ve chatted several times since and she’s a top notch professional. I know I can be a pain at times requesting frequent schedule changes and they always accommodate me. Tiffany and Melanie keep my home looking amazing and have even helped two or three times as servers when we’ve entertained in our home.

  I highly recommend Premiere Cleaning. Krystal and her staff are expertly proficient in all that they do.

  When I initially reached out to Molly Maids my number one concern and priority were my floors and baseboards. I stressed this both on the online form and again when I spoke with the office. I was quoted 2-3 hours for my square footage and and number of rooms and bathrooms. The maids took 3.5 hours to clean and I was charged $392 so imagine my surprise when I came home to over half of my floors not vacuumed including the steps and NONE of the baseboards done.

  I reached out to management to ask why no one called and told me that the job wouldn’t be completed and they only answer I got was it took them longer than expected.

  Someone should have called to let me know it was taking longer and I would have told them to ignore the bathrooms and other areas and to focus on the floors and baseboards like I originally requested.

  Would not use this company again.

  Also the maids said they were here for 3.5 hours but the time stamps on my cameras say different.

  I now, have a dirtier house than before they came in. The 1 star is for the employee that came and was nice, Audrey, otherwise the whole experience was a disaster. Scheduling issues, no shoe covers, attitude from the other employee. They came in, walked with their shoes all over my house and then said they can’t clean it. If they couldn’t, they should have told that when they were giving an estimate. The attached pic is their reaaon for not cleaning the tub.

  My experience with Molly Maid has been nothing less than wonderful. Initially, I had only intended on having my home cleaned one time. Now that ‘one time’ has turned in to once-a-week service. The girls that clean my home are very friendly, respectful and trustworthy. They have a copy of my house key and they just let themselves in to clean while I am at work. They always show up on time and they do an AMAZING job! The owner, Peter, and his office staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They always return my phone calls promptly. Also, any time that I have had to adjust or reschedule my appointments, they go above and beyond to schedule a time that works best for me. Peter (the owner) has always made himself available if I need to speak to him (SUPER NICE GUY!). It is such a great feeling to come home to a clean house every Thursday and I wanted to do this review online in an effort to encourage anybody that is considering using a cleaning service to give them a call. My sister and my mother-in-law are on-going customers of Molly Maid now as well.

  Brandy always makes sure my home is cleaned to my standard and always goes the extra mile (cleaning base boards, mopping under the couch, dusting vents, cleaning the stainless steel appliances).   Update: I did get response so quickly afterwards. I’m really thankful for they taking customer’s complaints seriously and try to make things right. I’m moving soon so I’ll definitely consider this place for my move out cleaning.

  We usually trust Google reviews and BBB, so I want to put down my review here for public. They are not genuine on charging. It has been more than 3 times I realize they clean for 1 hour but charge me for 90 minutes. On the third time I reached out about the wrong invoice. Then they admitted they “by default “ charge me 90 mins. They don’t clock the time on their side, and they trust what their people doing. If I’m not at home checking how long they have been working, they will be keep lying! They don’t clean the house for even 60 minutes, how clean it could be? I’m not satisfied with the work for over 3 months. More angry because they charged me extra and they won’t refund me! I’ll keep reporting until I get my refund. If I need to get a lawyer, I will.

  The two ladies who cleaned my home came prepared with the supplies they would need and were on time. Both were personable ladies and not afraid to ask questions.

  In a very short time period they were able to do the thorough cleaning of my kitchen and bathroom areas with vacuuming, mopping and dusting other areas and getting my bed changed.

  I have scheduled them to come once a month. Next time I think I’ll ask them to clean the glass on my sliding glass door. I think they’ll do pretty much what you need them to.

  I hired this company to come and do a deep clean of my house since my spouse recently had surgery and I have been behind on chores. I figured this would alleviate some stress and I was advised that 2 cleaners would arrive. My husband who is on temporary bed rest heard a whole group of people (about 4) in the house making rude and unprofessional comments about our home. He also overheard one of them on a phone call making these remarks and then they left. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and will not recommend them for any services!
