3 years agoI initially used Dream Clean for a deep clean of a home we recently moved in to. This place was grungy and cobwebby from years of renters with poor hygiene. Booking was incredibly easy and given an estimate right away via the website. I think within about 2 hours of scheduling, I was given a call to discuss the estimate in detail and my expectations for the clean which was awesome. The team of ladies arrived on time and were super patient while I shuffled our 4 kitties around the house so they would be out of the way. They did an absolutely stellar job – one of the women was literally scrubbing the doors spotless…incredible! They cleaned and dusted areas I wouldn’t have even thought about – it truly transformed our home. I recently had them back again for a monthly routine clean and again they did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, were efficient and thorough, and happy to work around the kitties. I will be scheduling them regularly and would recommend them to family or friends!a year agoThe team that came and cleaned were wonderful! They were respectful and efficient. What was most impressive about the experience is that they refunded some of my payment because the space was not as dirty as I had told them. Amber and Kaylee were my cleaners today. They are My week is always off to a great start after the finish. They did such a great job on the floors. I love having the Cleaning Authority clean bi-weekly. It helps me out because I find I have limited time and they are so affordable.
Update: We are changing our review from a 1 star to a 3 star. They sent Caleb over the next day to correct the things that were missed or not thoroughly done. He was attentive and did a fantastic job. Had we received that type of care from the beginning, we would have given it a 4 star rating. At this point, our biggest frustration is not knowing what the final cost will be until days later. We appreciate the follow up and follow through to make things right.
Our first time using the service today. My Mom, Marsha D, scheduled the service. They were over an hour late. We were given the window 12-1pm. They showed up after 2pm. They didn’t call to let us know they were running behind. We had to call to see where they were. We were told it would be a 3-5 hour cleaning service; they stayed two hours. For perspective, our house is under 1,100 sq ft. They didn’t do anything thoroughly. There was still visible dust on tables, visible dirt and other debris on the floors (we have LVP throughout the entire house), they only vacuumed part of the living room poorly and did not vacuum anywhere else (it is a small living room), they did not mop, we asked that they wipe down the walls in the bathroom due to hard water drops which they did not do, and they didn’t clean the outside of the refrigerator (we added the refrigerator to the service when we scheduled). It was definitely a rush job. The cleaners were nice, though. They did a nice job on the kitchen counters and sink. We would not recommend this company.
I am writing to you to let you know that I will need to stop my cleaning service over the winter. I must say I have been extremely pleased with your service, your company and your staff. Everyone has been excellent. On a rare occasion I would see a little something that was missed but I never minded because the overall job was a job very well done and the professionalism of the workers was beyond my expectation. Bravo to The Cleaning Authority, you did a wonderful job.

Ashley & Caitlin did an amazing job cleaning my home today. It felt so good to come home to a clean house after a hectic day.
