a month agoUnfortunately not satisfied with this service and will be booking elsewhere next time. We paid $$$ for the “Move in Cleaning” which is supposed to include a thorough list of items that will be cleaned. After they left we discovered dirty baseboards, cobwebs in closets, cobwebs hanging from the cabinets, food and dirt still on the floor, dirty backsplash. Considering the cost of this cleaning, I would say it’s not worth it since we ended up having to finish cleaning ourselves. The process was super easy and they called to make sure that I understood what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions they answered them. I even had to reschedule due to getting sick and they were completely understanding and made sure to check in with me so I didn’t forget about our appointment. They’ve always been available when I need them and they provide everything I ask and more! They are always done at nearly the exact time they specified and clean every area requested fantastically. They also have follow up plans that suit your schedule no matter what! The ability to delay a clean within 24 hours or the fact that they’re always be available on the days that need an emergency clean is something you can’t always find elsewhere. Additionally their customer service personnel have always been A+. I highly recommend their services!

Whenever I need a schedule change it is easy to do from the phone app and I have never had an issue. I have two pugs and they have always been treated with respect and safety. I even love the small things they do like how they fold my blankets and the little triangle folds they leave on the toilet paper after doing an exceptional job cleaning my bathrooms. My only regret is that I didn’t ask Molly Maid to come sooner! The initial clean on my house was long and much needed. I’m excited to have the once a week service starting this week! I was a little worried it would be expensive but it’s very reasonably priced for everything they do. Keeping up with my full time work, multiple pets (the cleaners were fine with them!), and my foot in a cast was impossible. I highly recommend Molly Maid.

Team/route 77 is amazing. Fresh out of the holiday our house was a wreck. With kids out of school etc. We did not make this easy for them and they did an AMAZING job.
