  My Experience here was very good. My Sells rip was joseph and he is very professional at what he dose. The option to test drive the vehicle was outstanding; it provided me the comfort and satisfaction to confidently decide the car I wanted. An enormous and great appreciation goes out to Layla. Layla cared for me with confidence, patience, love, honesty, and commitment in the late hours while caring for two other customers. She’s committed to the customer and reinforced her brand as a caring leader for CarMax. Layla is a star employee, a leader, and an excellent representative of the company. Employees like her should be acknowledged and given a rise for their abilities, not just appreciation.   Momin and Jennifer were great, very professional people and helped me get the truck of my dreams! Financing was easy, they worked with me to submit all the necessary documents without issue. The only issues I really had was the trim on the tailgate was lost in transit from Virginia to here, the detail and wash department leaves a bit to be desired, and the children’s corner only has enough there to entertain kids for around 5 minutes. Other than that, great experience and very happy.

  Update: 12-13-2023 I had to take my baby in for some warranty work, and some of it was very simple. I will NEVER bring back my truck or any other vehicle to have them work on it again at this location! The service advisor was a nice lady, but they were more interested in closing out the work by the end of the month for their numbers than getting my truck back to me before my cross country camping trip I had planned. And, it would take hours to get a call back for a status update. I manage a dealership so I know how the numbers game works.

  They called me Tuesday, said it would be done by Friday, wouldn’t give me a loaner unless I paid for it and would be reimbursed later, and then called me Friday to tell me it wouldn’t be done. I wasn’t able to get my money back on the camper and site rental I had already paid for ahead of my travel. The sales option was great, but the service is astoundingly disappointing!

  Moral of the story, buy from here and service at another location!

  Absolutely horrible experience here. My first bad review goes to this place. Don’t waste your time and money here. The employee, Joseph was very disrespectful, unprofessional and insistent to sell me vehicle and trade for a vehicle I did not want. He was laughing about me for just not going for it, complaining of his loss time and insisting to take any vehicle from there and if I wasn’t happy I could always exchange before the 30 days. I did tell him that I felt pressured by him and that I needed time to think about what I wanted to do, what vehicle I wanted and I needed extra time to look at other vehicles at other CarMax stores. I ended up purchasing at another CarMax on North Houston with excellent and professional staff but not before they noticed that they deleted my vehicle appraisal from their store. Go to CarMax in North Houston instead where you are treated with respect and value your service.
