They had my vehicle a week after I bought it because the check engine light came on and had it for 3 months. And during that time it was broken into window smashed and my stereo was stolen. Then the oil started leaking and had to bring it back multiple times for that. Always got the run around. Took forever for them to even start working on it. No one wanted to help to try to find another solution other than trading it in for me to pay more money. The vehicle I purchased is unreliable. Every time I asked for a sales manager to call me back no one ever does. My vehicle is currently there now because it’s still leaking. I was extremely apprehensive about going to another Nissan Dealership since I had previously gone to San Luis Obispo location Coast Nissan and it was the worst experience. I did not want to be treated poorly like that again. Luckily, I worked with Cynthia and she was incredible! She was very nice over the phone and then was super thorough throughout the entire process. The tech working on my car actually took a video and Cynthia sent it to me so I would understand what was going on. I really appreciated the communication I received from her and updates throughout the process. I also appreciate that the techs were very thorough and did fix the problem with my vehicle that the other location I had taken it to told me wasn’t actually an issue with the car and if I wanted it fixed would need to pay out of pocket.

I was recommended Pablo my sales representative, by my sister. She had purchased a Nissan Frontier from Pablo and told me he was very helpful and polite. I agree, he was also attentive and addressed my concerns. The team of Nissan employees, I encountered, helped me find the right vehicle quickly. Pablo along with his Supervisor Raul, made the process quick and easy. Lastly the Finance team, Daniel helped me find a reasonable loan that fell with in my desired budget. He also, helped me find and purchase a great care package for my vehicle at a reasonable cost.
I haven’t used the dealership service since 2019 because I no longer had a Nissan. The service writer who assisted me was very polite, professional, and it was a joy to work with him. I’ve never had a bad experience, but this excelled all previous experiences.
Javier was our salesman and worked patiently with us to help us decide which car would meet our needs. He is very knowledgeable and we appreciate his willingness to work with us even after hours. We had a great experience at SM Nissan.
I had a flat tire. I asked for a market price match for the tire. I was declined by the service manager and went on to purchase the tire at the best price some place else. The oil change was completed and no complimentary car wash. We have 3 vehicles. All 3 are serviced within your 3 brands. I’m a loyal customer. During these times customers do appreciate the convenience of more customer care.
