Great place to buy cars. My wife and i dealt with braxton and Sebastián. Great sales men. After purchasing the vehicle , i noticed an oil leak while it was in my shop. I called them, and they were happy to take in the vehicle and fix it. It took a little long, but as a mechanic, i understand why. They have great salesmanship and great customer service.
Brought my truck here for an oil change, fuel filters and rear diff service. As far as I can tell they did that. Unfortunately the technician failed to check/fill the tires to the proper pressure. Failed to check coolant level. I was advised that I needed both upper and lower ball joints. A second opinion at the shop that replaced my ball joints 12 months prior confirmed that was not true. Neither was the service writers opinion that my TPMS sensors were bad. Timely service and a nice facility, would not return or recommend for anything other than warranty work.
Kevin was my service representative, he was very good. Explained what they were going to do, and where I could stay, or get a ride to the mall while my vehicle is being. He explained how long it would take, but it was less time than I added up. THANK YOU
Brought my car in for an oil leak when I first bought it. They claimed to fix it only to have it leak again. They said to bring it back in I did only to have it leak for a second time. Now they said they would order parts for the third time. Noone called me for over a week to schedule to get it repaired. Finally got a call to get it in. Took it in they kept it for two days and when they said it was ready. That they replaced the oil pan. My car had more problems. Like the dpf system not working. The check engine light was on. There was no power to the car at all. So I took it home . Hooked up my 100 dollar code reader to it and there was absolutely no codes for my dpf system. It was my turbo! When confronted about lying about it I got no where with anyone. There was nothing wrong with my car besides the oil leak!. No engine light on or anything. Never taking or recommending this place to anyone. The sales team is great though.
