  Everyone out there needs to know this. I car is USA is headed by a guy named Ron that his brothers to a man named Rick who runs Joseph sage auto sales. The two together run a fraudulent operation. Please be cautious. You are almost certainly going to be sold an actual LEMON that is not covered under any warranty. You’re going to reach out for help to eye cars and or Joseph’s age. You were going to be met with a brick wall. These guys intentionally capitalize on the marginalized among us. They do not care if your car falls apart. And if you get it from them – it probably will. I am in the process of a lawsuit against an actual straight up LEMON. If your credit is not the greatest, and you really need a car Dash stays far away from possible as you can from Joseph Sage and iCars USA – both in Rochester. Customers are the very last thing on these peoples minds – obviously and sadly – true.

  They sold me a car with a completely rusted frame and electric issues that couldn’t be fixed even tho I was told the chevy dealer would be able to fix them.

  I would have gotten it taken care of by them but conveniently the mechanic went on vacation when I needed work done and the next time I went they were apparently closing early so I had to come in the next day but they did finally get me in for work but I have a feeling they didn’t do anything because soon after the warranty ended the check engine light popped up once again.

  I went to two reputable mechanics and was told the frame was so rusted they weren’t even able to lift my car up because if it broke it would be a liability on them. A third mechanic told me it’d be best to get a new car because repairs would be more than the car is worth.

  At the end of the day the car shouldn’t have been on the lot.

  I recently went to a real car dealer who cares about customer experience and was taken care of and given a full warranty that can’t be broken by the mechanic never being available for work.
