Now I understand why they make sure you leave a review before you have your car and leave. They understand just exactly how the algorithm works. Quantity always wins. This would be a 3.5 if those were possible.
When switching from a lease to a finance be sure to line up your last payment to the new payment, there was no mention that we we’re still responsible for a full months payment on a car that isn’t ours anymore. When I called to seek clarification I was provided with no guidance other than, yes you are still responsible for the payment. Just a word to the wise. I will continue to review, my review as I am still curious as to how good the warranty is. Let’s see, wish us luck.

He greatly enjoyed our experience at Major World Auto, with a major purchase such as a car, the ability to have confidence and trust in a company is extremely important. We worked with Danny in the Finance Dept. And Fernando was our sales representative. They both were patient with us and took the time to explain the process of exchanging a lease for a finance. They worked with us to find a car that suited the needs of our family and our price point.

My experience with this place is very disappointing, getting the car and signing the contract was easy, but after that contract is sign you’re on your own with whatever problem may exist, I’ve been waiting 6 weeks now for my plates that they collected money for to do the DMV processing and every time I called is either they don’t pick up because by now they know my number are they give me the run around.
Imagine paying loan plus insurance for the car just to have it parked because the temporary plates is expired and I can’t get the new one even now, they are very unprofessional and don’t give a damn once that contract is sign.
Angelo was very attentive and knew exactly what we were looking for. He understood what we needed and we were able to find the car we wanted right away. Frederico helped us with the financing and gave us all the information we needed. He lets us know what we were signing and reassured me I was in good hands. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend.
