  Bought my car from here about 3 months ago it was a brand new 2023 jeep I have had the engine light on twice. The first time I went it to get it checked i was pushed out the door and told there was nothing to fix. They didn’t even hook the car up to anything. The second time I got a young man that was respectful and took care of me.

  I scheduled my first oil change two weeks in advance. I was unable to schedule online, I had to call. The scheduling was no problem. I asked if I could test drive a specific car while I waited and the person said it would be no problem at all. I called a week before to confirm the car would be available to test drive. I asked if I needed to call the sales department separately, and the person said that wouldn’t be necessary.

  I arrived right on time. I drove in through the service door. I wasn’t sure how far in to go, so I drove up parallel to the service desk, parked, and got out of my car. A man had his back to me, and an employee was looking through some papers. Nobody acknowledged me, or even looked up. I wasn’t even sure if I was in the right place. The man walked away and out the front door. Only then did the employee acknowledge me, but it wasn’t to say hello, welcome, or ask how I could help. She said, “I was looking for his papers and he just left.” I realized the man was a customer, and it was clear to me she didn’t say, “I’ll be right back with your paperwork,” so the man assumed she was done with him and just left. I smiled but didn’t say anything. She said, “Oil change?” I nodded. She asked if I had any ‘Jeep Waves’ left. I told her I didn’t know what that was, so probably not, and this was my first ever oil change at this dealership. She asked if I have a lease, which I do, and she said the oil changes are included, which I already knew. She said she saw a note that I wanted to test drive a specific car while I was there, but that the sales people ‘haven’t shown up for work yet’ and rolled her eyes. Then she said the call center doesn’t communicate with her and it was very frustrating. (Which confused me because she definitely said she saw the note on my appointment, so I think she just hadn’t looked at it until 5 minutes AFTER I’d arrived.) She told me to have a seat in the waiting room. I had to ask where that was, and reminded her it was my very first oil change here.

  After about ten or fifteen minutes, a sales person came over and said they don’t have the kind of car I wanted to test drive. He asked if I could come back later during the week so they could get one from another dealership. I declined. I’d already scheduled and verified that I could drive one this day. What would make me think my time was valued on a different day? He also spoke negatively of the call center. It was a bummer to hear two people speak poorly of other people in the same organization.

  I happened to look out the window into the service area and the employee gave me a thumbs up, so I assumed my car was ready and walked back out there. The employee walked from her desk to the printer, and back, then said, “I love how they only scheduled one person, so I’m all by myself running all over the place.” She gave me the paperwork, but didn’t go over any of the things for my car. At my dealership for my other car, they go through it all with me, the tire pressure, the fluid levels, their recommendations, etc. There was no talk of the car. Instead, she told me I’d be getting a survey, and unfortunately anything less than a 10/10 would reflect poorly of her. She said if there was anything I was unhappy about, I should rate the 10/10, and then just “pour my heart out in the comment section” so my voice would still be heard. Then she said my car ‘might be out front or around the side of the building’, she wasn’t sure. So I walked out the front door and wandered the parking lot for my car.

  This was NOT a 10/10 experience.
