Very competitive price on a new vehicle. I completed the majority of the deal over phone and via email since I knew what I was looking for and they had it. Everything went well, the day I arrived I signed the paperwork, handed them a check, we went through the initial setup of the onboard technology and on my way I went.
I had a scheduled appointment to have a key fob, programmed, for a Toyota FJ. The day I was in the Internet was down so after 45 minutes I was told they could not communicate with my car. I was called later in the morning, and advised to come back in that the system is up and running This time after 45 minutes the technician came out to tell me my car stopped communicating with the system must’ve been a diagnostic problem they didn’t have time to diagnose. The cost was going to be $360. I went to a local locksmith who was able to program a fob key in 20 minutes and only charge $170 there for the moral of the story is do not go to a dealership to have a key fob made one for $200 less and a fraction of the time you can get it done at the local locksmith. Very professional and kind people, I was not judged for being native american or treated any less then, Jason the auto tech was kind and understanding, and the company replaced a few concerning engine parts the next day got me in and had me back in my vehicle 5 days later. I would have given a 5 atar but the car sales men didn’t give me the chance to test drive the vehicle or over look for any issues just in and paper work done. I only had my car for 2 days after the 2 repairs but failed to tell me the rattling and sounding of something loose in the front could be a number of things now I must have a auto mechanic do a 45 minute inspection to find out what I need to repair to have it with no problems to enjoy the viechle with my family..so always inspect and test drive or your stuck with any repairs.
