We had a great experience here. We were looking for a used Lexus and you guys had one that had good mileage at a good price. Our sales guy was Jake V. and he was top notch all the way. Answered all of our questions and addressed everything in a timely manner. We drove a 1 1/2 hrs to get this vehicle and basically agreed to everything sight unseen. Jake had all the paperwork ready to go when we got there and minus the few minutes that we spent test driving it, we were in and out in 10-15 minutes top! Definitely appreciated the HUGE time saver that he afforded us by going the extra mile and having everything ready to go when we got there. We’ve had the vehicle almost a month and have already driven to TN on a long road trip and it did amazing on all those huge TN mountains.
