We had a couple logistics issues and he and Kayser handled them professionally and went above and being to meet our needs of living far away and my wife being handicapped. Ty !!3 weeks agoI went in for my first service after purchasing my 2023 Chevy 3.0 Duramax. I wanted an oil change, tire rotation, and rear mud flaps that were purchased from Chevrolet installed. I was at the dealership for over 3 hours. When the time to pay for the mud flap installation came, I noticed charges for shop supplies on the invoice for the oil change. Then the thing that made me give the rating for my service was the price for the mud flap installation. Over $130 to install 2 mud-flaps?! The tires were already off for the tire rotation, the mechanic had to install a few fasteners for each mud flap, I was also never consulted on the price of installing prior to them doing it. If I would have known it would cost that much to do a 15 minute job max I would have done it myself. I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealership for any service. Finally, during the multi point inspection, my DEF tank was not topped off with fluid. After spending $60,000 on a truck, I expect a little bit better customer service. Kayser will not be getting another cent from me.3 weeks agoWent in for service and an inspection on my steering rack. Technician concluded that the rack was shifting when turning but could not spot what was causing it. They stated that all bolts were tight. Charged me $120 for the inspection. Went under the car the very next day and found that one of the bolts was not tightened down all the way. Long story short, the technicians lie about what they inspect. Called the dealer to see what could be done about it, never heard back from them. Horrible customer service

With that being said, in a stressful time, Myrick and Phil helped us find a vehicle. Talk about above and beyond, Myrick had answered every question I had, even taking the time out of his day to send us links to the huge inventory at Gordie. With everything said and done, from finding a vehicle what fit our needs, in total we spent 2 hours at the dealership. For those who had bought cars before, you know that’s fast! At the time we bought our SUV, we were unable to drive it home ourselves. Myrick and Phil immediately offered to deliver our car to our home by Duluth MN. Even if it meant delivering it nearly 7 hours away (14 hours round-trip Thank you too the delivery drivers to). Talk about above and beyond service. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly suggest stopping (or calling) Geordie Boucher ford in janesville, Wisconsin. I would also like to add, while researching for the best deal available, the folks over at Gordie were the cheapest by $5,000 (not including Ford rebates).
