This was the absolute best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I worked with Jose’ to try to find the best used car for our budget, and one that checked all the boxes. After combing their lot numerous times looking for that perfect car, we thought that maybe we would have to look elsewhere. That’s when we spoke with Jose’ and he mentioned that if we could wait just 10 minutes, he could get a car he thought we might be interested in brought over from one of their other lots. Jose’ was right, he found us what we were looking for. Here’s the part where they went above and beyond my expectations. We took it for a test drive but didn’t take it out on the highway because we were from out of town (about an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealership) and not familiar with the area, plus it was the first snowstorm of the year. At my request, (I bet they never heard that request before) Jose’ asked his coworker to drive it for us on that test drive on the highway while we were the copilots. Everything went smoothly, so we decided after that drive that we wanted to purchase the car. Being personally unfamiliar with how the car handled in the snow, and being the first snowstorm of the season, I really didn’t want to drive the car home that night. Jose’ solved that problem too and made arrangements for a free home delivery of the car to be delivered the following day. Who does that, right? The car was delivered as promised the following day, and Jose’ had one of their mechanics inspect and fix a couple of minor issues with the car before it was delivered, just as he promised. Forgot to mention that there were no high pressure sales tactics during the sale, what a relief that was, I’d shop here again the next time I need to purchase another used vehicle.
EDIT: before you buy a car from this place please get it checked by a mechanic not on site. My car needed a $700 fix a week after I drove it off the lot.
