A couple weeks later, I found a 2006 Honda CR-V on their lot I really liked. While overall, it took much longer to finalize everything in order to drive my CR-V off the lot, the new sales person Gynelle Sabatino, tended to every detail with professionalism and patience, while being kind and reassuring. She is a perfect example of how any salesperson in a costumer service job should present themselves to business’ patron. Definitely the most trustable dealership in the Eugene/springfield area.3 weeks agoExcellent help and customer service from Ron and Jeff, specifically, with a couple others helping to close the deal financially! There seemed to be some kind of drama with another customer that Ron deescalated calmly and professionally so we were only vaguely aware of it in the background as Jeff was working with us nearby (only mentionable because the other customer seemed pretty volatile for a minute).Jeff was great to work with, helping us look at multiple vehicles and review the details. Part of what stood out was that many dealerships will give you a report if you ask for a Carfax, but it isn’t actually from Carfax until you absolutely insist. Jeff immediately volunteered the Carfaxes for all vehicles, and was completely upfront with answers and information as he broke down the whole process (we ended up making a purchase even though we hadn’t initially planned to). There was never any pressure or any sense of “sleazy car salesperson” from anyone in the dealership. Very smooth experience all the way through.
By the time we finished with the financing paperwork Ron had fixed the vehicle all up for us so we could drive off looking brand new!
Absolutely would revisit next time we’re looking for a vehicle.

Please don’t buy a car from this place. They sell garbage cars and have no honor. I was going through a devastating divorce and was struggling financially to get back on my feet for me and my children at the time I went in and purchased a vehicle from this business that only had 68,000 miles on it. The car transmission went out completely in 4 days. I took the car back in and pleaded for them to help get me into a different car or to help fix the car. Then they took advantage of me again by putting me in another piece of junk with over 200,000 miles on it and only returned $2000 dollars of the $7,800.00 I financed from the first car and applied it to the purchase price of the second vehicle that they charged $7,000 for. I had no choice, I had to get to work every day to feed my children. Then they turned around and fixed the first car and resold it. Come to find out the first car had an expired recall on the transmission issue I experienced. They were well aware the car was on its last legs when they sold it to me. These guys are the scum of the earth. For god sakes don’t buy a car from them!
