  We got a truck from here in 2022. The truck immediately had transmission issues. A few months later my husband got Covid and had to miss a week of work. We called and let them know we would be a week late with our payment. They told us to bring the truck in until we could make the payment, and just to bring it as is and they’d leave it alone and give it back when we made our payment. We had some clothes in the car and I had a $200 pair of Nikes my husband had gotten me for my birthday. When we went back, the day we said we would, after we were told it was no problem to pick it up, the truck had been cleaned out and was back on the lot with our plate removed and a new license plate put on. All of our belongings were gone, including my shoes. They denied any knowledge of that. Around 6 months later a new worker was hired at my husband’s job and he had spoken to him about Wood motors and simply said what happened without giving details of what was taken. He immediately responded, “Did they take a white pair of Nikes?” To which my husband responded yes. He then proceeded to tell us that jokes were passed around at the company about stealing my shoes and everyone was told not to say anything. These people are crooks and no one should go here.
