4 months agoI went to this dealership to look at a Jeep asked to test drive it and was told unless I’m buying today don’t bother you can test drive a car when you’re ready to buy one. In my opinion you shouldn’t talk to people like that it’s bad for business how does it hurt your business to let someone test drive a car.?7 months agoDrove 2 hours to look at a jeep. Got there and it was absolutely disgusting. None of the driver door controls worked. And the key fob would not work correctly on a push button start. I proceeded to give it another change and look at other vehicles, one had an exhaust leak and sounded like a 97 honda (2018 equinox), then when I went to look at a 2019 chevy Malibu that actually was clean and appeared super nice, it wouldn’t start. And they had zero desire to try to tell me why. If you want junk go ahead.a year agoWent when and bought a car off them about a month ago great place to buy an used car. I knew going in knowing the car was going to have some issues BUT the car I got gets me from point A to point B with no problem. Now they keep saying they sent me a letter how to get my car back. It’s been 2 weeks and still no letter. The repo guy was a joke. He wouldn’t even help take my tag off. Hhe kept saying he called 911. Like he was scared to death of me. He kept talking loud so everyone at my job could hear. They set me up to take my car from me while I was at work so everyone could see andher. Public embarrassment. Any place is better than this place

We drove through several of the lots while passing through town. We had multiple salesman walk directly up to our car, almost blocking us in, and we were still moving. Having been in the business, for many years in the past, I understand the need to approach the customer but this was beyond ridiculous. It was a complete turn off and deterred us from even getting out to look at anything despite being in the market and interested in several vehicles we saw.
