Keep up the great work guys!!!6 months agoAfter losing my confidence in the repair work that had been performed by our local Ford dealers in Northern Colorado, I decided to give Denny Menholt Ford in Butte, MT a try — since I visit South West Montana quite often during the summer months. I researched Denny Menholt Ford’s service reputation by comparing it against several other Ford dealers in Southwest Montana for several weeks. I must say that I DO NOT regret the decision I made to bring my vehicle to this dealership. My kudos to Amanda, in the service department and the service expert who worked on my car! These folks were super attentive, understanding and professional. They told me the repair job would take four hours. I had my doubts given past dealer experiences elsewhere. I was wrong. Exactly within four hours, Amanda called me and told me the car was ready to be picked up. Wow! By the way, the car runs great with no issues whatsoever! Since visiting this dealership, I’ve driven about 2500 miles thus far, and it runs as smooth as the day I bought it! I plan to bring my vehicle to this dealership when it requires other major engine/mechanical work. Keep up the great work and the excellent service guys!!2 months agoThe car was brought in for an airbag recall and they were to check the airbag, replace it if necessary, do an overall assessment of the vehicle to see what might need to be done and I requested that all four tire pressures be tested and reported. I had a doctor’s appointment for the day, made the dealership appointment a couple of weeks before and was assured that I could be dropped off at the doctor’s by 10 and my car would be dropped off there by 2 when I was done or close to being done. I would also receive an update summarizing anything that was found. I never heard anything. When I was almost done and the car was not there by 2, I texted and called and got no response. I finally panicked because I needed to get home before the numbing on my body wore off and called and asked for the service manager. It was not easy to get the service manager, I was pretty upset at that point and had to be very aggressive, not my nature. The service manager was finally on the line, said he would check and get back with me. My car had been done and he was able to get it dropped off in a short period of time but I still was almost two hours late from when I had hoped to head home. There was no paperwork in the car, the driver said he just picked up the car as it was. I responded to an email asking if I wanted the paperwork, I said yes and I have yet to receive the paperwork or the tire pressure report. I had to use the dealership because it was a recall but hope there are no more recalls. There is no other dealership anywhere close.3 months agoWe were driving from Alberta to Phoenix and heard a bad intermittent grinding noise from the truck. We spent the night in Butte and went to the dealership first thing in the morning. They took the truck in right away, checked it out, had it in the shop for 2 hours and couldn’t find anything wrong. With all the time they spent they didn’t charge us an anything and we’re extremely friendly. Thank you Nate and your staff for your incredible service. 5 star for sure.2 months agoSteve, my sales person was amazing. I will definitely work with him again. Very personable and trustworthy. I wasn’t as pleased with the negotiations and final purchase. I walked into the dealership with my non-negotiables but after dickering and going back and forth so much, got lost in the shuffle and ended up with far less for my trade-in and double, the interest rate on the loan. I lost the equity I had built up in my trade in.

a month agoI really appreciated Autumn and the rest of the service team for performing a routine oil change and tire rotation for my Subaru. Especially when they rectified the oil drain plug issue that the previous Subaru service center had messed up on. Normally I would not write a review about a routine maintenance, but I did enjoy the friendly hospitality I had received during my wait and following the maintenance. If I was back in the area in the future, I would happily stop here again for a service.3 months agoAutumn and the whole team in the service department deserve KUDOS for their hard work and dedication to their job. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and the lengths they go to keep my 2006 Impreza in top condition. Only a few states into our long anticipated California – New York road trip, we blew a head gasket just outside of Butte. Sean and Summer were incredibly professional and kind. They explained the issue, talked with our family “car guy” on the phone to confirm, and gave us an estimate and a loaner car, plus plenty of tips for what to do around Butte. We would definitely do business there again.a month agoFirst off the service manager hasn’t the foggiest clue what service even means. You cannot show up without an appointment and expect any service, even if it’s just an oil change. If you’re passing through on business keep going, this little “shop” does not have enough mechanics to provide on the go maintenance. Be prepared to “leave your truck for the day in the event that they ‘might’ be able to get to it” even though you may have no where to go because you’re not from there, I didn’t even see a waiting area. Was told my oil change would be ready in an hour. So we walked to the store to kill time. Came back at a quarter til 12 and THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED ON IT. Why make me wait 3 days for an apt and then NOT do it!
On vacation and had issues with our new Jeep. They got us in right away, gave exceptional service and took care of other issues and never charged us a dime! Highly recommend this service department!
No stars for this service department but have to hit one at least to send.. The shop foreman had serious communication issues. No stars for Ram warranty or the Hemi either. Gets no oil while idling to the lifters. Motor went out before 20,000.
I’ve never purchased a vehicle through this dealer, but I have used the service department, and the ladies always go above and beyond to get me taken care of. Parts department has also found me some parts that were near impossible to get online. My next new purchase will definitely be looked at here first.
