  Don’t waste your time!!!! Looking for a car for our kid and after looking last weekend we found one here… it was too late at the time to make the purchase and Vincent told us to come back on Monday (understandable)… called on Monday and they still wouldn’t have enough time to make the sale since we both work and get off at 5 (even though we had this discussion on the previous Saturday)… so we waited til the next Saturday (today) and went in to make the purchase… after waiting patiently at their office for several hours without making any progress, we had to take our littles to eat… after eating we called them and they STILL HAVENT EVEN STARTED TO PROCESS THE PAPERWORK!! We told them to shred our personal documentation and we are no longer interested. Vincent called us back and lied saying he messaged my son a long time ago and we have been approved… if you are looking to deal with car salesman tactics and not actually buy a car this is the place for you!!! They said they were sorry for being too busy to get to us when they literally had more employees there than customers, no excuse, they didn’t need to pitch me a sale or do anything other than process the deal and they couldn’t even do that!! Worst job performance I’ve seen in a long time, we ate at McDonald’s and they were more competent than this outfit!! Ended up going down the street to Western Mountain Autosales and purchased a car in less than an hour… if you do decide to go with Combs I would strongly suggest avoiding Vincent he’s shady and a liar!!

  Update: “Upon reaching back out to the pair to inform them of the deal approval we were unable to reach them.” This is why I called Vincent a Liar!! He said he texted my son when that was a lie, no attempt to reach out about the approval ever occurred…

  Just purchased a Ford Escape from them last week for our son’s graduation. We had a great experience on multiple occasions when we came to their lot and finally narrowed down what we were looking for.   My and my dad’s Ken experience dealing with Image/Hawks Motor has been amazing, stress free, and easy. We bought a black 2012 Honda Accord SE They are extremely knowledgeable in their cars, warranty, and financing. They spent time getting to know us on a personal level and I never once felt pressured to buy. They are also very professional and trustworthy. They make sure their cars they are selling at mechanically top notch. We took the car for a test drive. Went back the next day and the car was gone but after talking with them they took the car to the shop to have it re-inspected and replaced the wheel bearing and brakes. They had the car for over 2 months so to take that good of car of their cars that also made us feel good that the car we were getting would be reliable for my teenage son to drive around in. This was the easiest stress free experience I have ever had buying a car. Thank u to Matt and Tim for all ur help ur the process.   Best experience when dealing with a dealership. I went 3 times to look and test drive the vehicle and didn’t feel pressured not even once, I seriously dislike pushy salesmen. I had went there with my mom in hopes of her co-signing, but due to personal reasons was unable to sign with my mom. So, I messaged Matt asked him to see about financing by myself and he was able to work his magic and got me the loan for my 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. There was a minor issue, but was easily fixed. The whole process was less than 1hr to complete. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful as well. Will definitely keep them in mind for my next purchase.
