  I purchased my 2017 Golf R at AX Auto. I am personally not worried about an R title if the work is done properly. Transparency- I am out of state and bought sight unseen. I was willing to take a risk to save and knowing that I don’t drive a ton and have another car, I gave them a shot. I’m happy I did. Their team found an issue with a sensor after I signed for the car, fixed it and then took it to the VW dealer for recalibration before delivering it to me. Mad respect for making it right before delivery here. Some would send as is but they made it right. Did it take longer to get to me being in PA? Sure did. But definitely worth it for the savings and accuracy. It isn’t going to be perfect, nor would I expect perfection from a used car. AX made it was as close as possible to perfect for me. AX was sure to ship to me as soon as the car got back from the dealer. I cannot say enough complements about my salesmen Chris and taking care of all of my demands with buying a car sight unseen. I requested videos of all of the car electronics/features working, proof that all flood damage was addressed by putting it up on a lift, full view of the interior/engine bay/fuses being combed over to prove any flood damage was addressed and had him video anther driving it going through all gears since it is a manual transmission. He exceeded my expectations with delivering all I asked for here and continued to execute after his sale to see the delivery through, even asking how my delivery was and my thoughts. The car itself has exceeded my expectations. I am in love to be honest, is it perfect, no. But is is damn close. Let’s keep in mind, this is a 6 year old flood titled car. Their team did a stellar job on the rebuild here. I am proud to drive this and hope to continue business with AX for future cars for my household.

  Horrible. I wouldnt give one stat. Purchased car with warranty for 4000 end of Jan. . Car broke down next day. Took it to shop in columbus. Transmission code error. Called shop and was told warranty wouldn’t cover car unless transmission had completely failed and their shop had to fix the car or warranty wouldn’t be honored. Had car towed back to atl. Car was “fixed.” Broke down 2 days later. Towed it and was told sensor and modular needed replacing. Some type of wires were melted together. Car set in repair shop waiting to get repaired but the mechanic didn’t want to touch the car bc he said it was in bad shape.Replaced power steering pump and need serpentine belts etc. I wanted to take car for inspection but was told couldnt take it off lot. Took it across street to their mechanic and he said everything looked good….lol. I guess he didn’t see sensor wires melted together. Or anything else. Purchased car Jan 27…hasn’t ran for more than 10 days and not consecutive. Spent over 900 in repairs. Paid off car early but part of.the refinance charges not refunded. As of today no title received and I paid car off in early Feb. Today I’m told title mailed..in a few days.and we check our cars out…..hmmm. I think I was just taken advantage of.
