2 months agoIt’s just gets worse every time I come. I shouldn’t have to still clean my car after leaving. They use the same dirty rags after cleaning the previous car. The car in front had a black interior and mine is white and cream. So you can see the dirt smeared instead of cleaned off in my car. My dash board and steering wheel was still dusty/dirty, the creases of my gear shift and parking break, the floor between my door and seats look like wasn’t vacuumed, and it don’t even look like they touched my back seat. My doors were still even dirty because they use the same dirty rags. I swear this place use to not be this bad. But the last couple times I’d have to go back and Lysol wipe everything.6 months agoThey clean it but they don’t clean it clean for the price. When the car came out, I can’t even call them scratches it was like somebody scrubbed rocks onto the hood of my car. My beautiful paint job is ruined and I’m heartbroken, but they take zero responsibility for anything. I would avoid this place at all costsa year agoI have had my vehicles washed at this car wash well over 100 times over the past decade or so. I will no longer be patronizing this business. After my last wash, my vehicle smelled like the interior of a public restroom and my wheels were all visibly dirty. It’s sad to see this establishment go so far downhill. I will be looking for a new car wash.

a month agoThey do a better job then the dealership. They check your tires, fluids and wipers. The last time I went to Waldorf Toyota they did not check my fluids so I ended up checking and adding it myself. It was also cheaper too than the dealership. I brought the oil and filter myself and Spirit of America charged me $30 to change the oil and oil filter. I saved between $50 – $80 by going to Spirit of America. The guys are very pleasant. You can stay in your car if you want. Most of all there generally no wait. You are in and out in no time. I have refered a lot of my friends to Spirit of America and they love it. They still go there if they just need a simple oil change. If they need to put air in your tires or top off your fluids they do no charge extra for doing that. It’s 5 cars in front of me and the line isn’t budging. One wash is $33 and the wait is unreal to get the inside cleaned— 30+ mins to get vacuumed is unacceptable. Staff was playing around with one another and too many workers for it to be so slow.I believe the car wash caused damages to my suv during this visit. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. Will not return.
4 months agoJust tried this place and they did an exceptional job inside and out. The only downside is that after you get you car washed on the outside, you have to go around again to get the inside clean and had to wait longer for the inside than the outside. They did a great job cleaning the inside just as good as cleaning the outside. It was worth the wait. Definitely would recommend.

in the last weekIve been a patron for 6 whole years. Even though this business is pricier, I stayed due to the convince and service. Well, in 2024 things have changed. I had an encounter with the lady who took the payment. She rolled her eyes after taping the wiper on my back window. I gave her the thumbs up and asked her if I was good to go. I thought maybe she didn’t hear me because she didn’t respond. So I blew the horn and she started yelling frantically “why are you blowing the horn”. ? She emotionally explained herself to the owner and he sided with her. She said that I “should have just known that she was done.” I remained calm and she laughed in my faceIn the past they used to tap the car or give the good ole thumbs up. They were cheerfull ya know.I think I’ll go to the car wash at Eastover from now on and take my chances in the hood. Will probably recieve better service. At 40$ a month for 6 years I’ve exchanged almost 3k with these people to be treated like trash. WOW!!!a month agoQuick service car wash there top wash $20, does the job. They have different types of washes at different prices. They used to have people outside the car wash to wipe the excess water off but they have stopped that service.a year agoI brought my brand new Volvo here today for a premium car wash and left with a damaged car. After receiving the car wash, I noticed many scratches all over my car; I then communicated with the employees outside & they confirmed that I was not the first person who complained of this, I was however the first to take it to management. After speaking with management, he communicated there was no way I could have gotten these scratches at the car wash, even though I emphasized there was no damage to my car prior to receiving their services. After realizing management did not want to further investigate this claim, I communicated I will be taking legal action and left. I would not recommend coming here unless you would like to risk damage to your car.6 months agoI like this Car Wash because my car does come out clean with the 20$ Premium wash, however you still end up doing most of the work at the end. Vacuuming, wiping off excess water, wiping your inside dash and windows, step boards,etc. Like other customers said I don’t know why they have a tip box when the customer does all of the after work. They may as well just get rid of the car wipers because there is no point in having them there. This is NOT a 5 star car wash more like 3 Star! The employees and owner are nice though!

Quality of service has went down, they don’t care and the workers body language show it.first time I went the work was awesome. Last 2 times a kid could have done better.. waste of 32 bucks. They do a great job of shining tires that’s about it. It’s hard to believe I’m the only one who believes the work is subpar. I wish I could post pictures. I went back a second time because I thought the first time the bad work was an anomaly, nope, it’s the standard now..I believe. * figured out how to add the pics… I understand that may not be what the workers dream job was when they got here but if you going to hire them because they are cheaper …. at least ensure they take some pride in their work. Posting. these pics made me angry again.
It is a fast and decent service. For $44 I wasn’t expecting a $500+ detail service, but I should NOT have to wipe corners of windows, redo the windows, door jams, wheels, clean the inside of side view mirrors and MOST OF ALL – not interior vinyl protectant??? I think their biggest issues is not changing towels between every wash. Nevertheless, in a pinch it’s good especially to clean undercarriage
Had a pretty good experience car was shiny clean inside and out within a reasonable amount of time and the Cashier D was polite and helpful. However the prices for the service are high even from a competitive standpoint definitely doesn’t fit in with the area and also a little disappointing given they had just gone up again recently. But again the staff was very polite and I was happy with the status of my car!!!
I like this place. It’s a bit expensive. But when I want a really good wash and interior care, I bring my car here. It is the car wash my car dealer’s repair shop uses. I drive about 20mins to get to it but it’s worth the drive.
The attendants remove and clean your car mats and carpet underneath them too. However, mine are rubber and must be snapped back down and I often have to remind them to snap them in, which means I have to wait for someone to come over and do it. That has become a bit frustrating that each of the last 3x I’ve gone, I had to tell them to snap them back in and wait until it done making my car wash visit longer each time.
RIP OFF! Don’t waste your time paying for the inside to be cleaned because they don’t clean anything on the inside by your mats. my car look exactly the same on the inside as it did when i came.. they didn’t even clean out my cup holders, I don’t even think a rag was used in my car
