4 months agoThey have no active customer service phone number and so you have to do everything through email or online.The last time I came through the car wash there was some straps in the back of my truck and no one flagged them as a problem, but they stopped the car wash midway to remove the straps and scratch the side of my car with the metal clips on the straps.
Basically, it’s a bunch of Carlos people that don’t care about your car and you have no way to cancel unless you go through their website which I find annoying
No one is there to dry your car afterwards so you will leave with water spots and a pretty wet car

Car wash was ok, but didn’t get the back of the car. Best part about the place is being able to use the vacuum for as long as you need to get the sand out of your car. I’d probably go someplace else after being signed up for a monthly subscription. Funny thing is I heard the guy say to the manager “here is another” after he charged me.a year agoYou can’t beat 25$ per month for unlimited washes and unlimited vacuum time. a month agoThis place is a waste of money. They barely wipe anything down. You could literally do better on your own. My car still have the same trash and crumbs when I brought it in. Then when they were ” done ” I got in just to discover the front mats were NOT clean… Neither were the door frames. It was VERY frustrating that I paid $28 and had to finish it myself!!!! NEVER again!2 months agoI took my SUV here to be washed and detailed. When I left with my vehicle noticed my fin antenna was knocked off the vehicle. I went back to this car wash and my fin cover was on the ground in the car wash machine area. I spoke with the manager and she told me.that there disclaimer does not cover antenna. Now this is a type of antenna that is a part of the vehicle. If washer machine damages this type of antenna it damages the vehicle because the antenna is attached to the vehicle. I recommend not to use this place to have your vehicle washed.3 weeks agoThis place ruined my windshield!! Actually chipped it in multiple places. Lady in charge lied, treated me horribly, said she’d contact the owner. Ive heard nothing and this happened in October. I was a loyal and regular customer, visiting several times a month. HORRIBLE!!a month agoReally needed my car washed so I stopped to give a try. They did a great job, not perfect but way better than the new one in Salisbury.

5 months agoThis is a nice car wash. Never really had any bad issues with this place. It’s a clean area & the machines are always working. This place is always maintained. The prices is always affordable.2 years agoOne of the absolute worst car washes I’ve ever been to across this whole country in Canada. I went through the automatic and then went somewhere else and get out and looked and my truck looked terrible. It was all streaked and not clean at all. So for some reason I went back to the same car wash later in the day to use a hand-bay. There was no high pressure soap, It was just plain water, every once in awhile a little bit of soap would come out. Nameless to say it didn’t cut the grime on my truck either. And their spot-free rents I believe is saltwater pumped directly from the ocean. It left hard water spots everywhere. Will never return to this wash again if I’m ever in that area in the future.a year agoWent to use the dog was, and the quarter machine jammed. Was able to finally use the dog was and the soap wasn’t working properly. Spoke with someone to get the matter resolved and they assisted.2 weeks agoExtremely kind and helpful staff! Excellent service!2 years agoGreat carwash, but occasionally the automatic wash doesn’t deploy the chemicals/wash products you pay for. This has happened twice to me in under 2 months. Still would recommend. Would also be nice to have a coin machine for credit cards or have the vsccum accept card.

I hate this place. Unfortunately it’s too close and convenient to go anywhere else and I especially want to keep the undercarriage clean of rust and salt. But the exterior job is never good. I always come home having to wipe down the car cause it’s not completely dry. The wash never hits all the spots on my car so I wipe dirty spots down too, especially the wheels. The interior job is fine when they aren’t using the air guns inside my car to blow sand and dust off the mats to wherever it decides to land in my car afterwards. So overpriced. This is high revenue high volume with a “get them in and out, if we lose a few customers who cares” kind of operation. Few pics after my recent $34 wash…
By far, the worst wash I’ve had for my truck. It’s not like it was just one of those drive-through washes. The employees wiped the truck down after and thought that it was an appropriate service for almost $30. Seriously no pride in their job. Definitely will not go back there for ANYTHING.
Great interior and exterior cleaning! They vacuumed, shined the tires, cleaned the windows, and wiped the interior – all for only $32! I’m not sure why so many people have negative experiences. I highly recommend Waves as the only truly full-service car wash in the area.
Quick service and a decent job. The interior could have been done better and they wanted 2.00 more after paying upon entry at almost the top level to vacuum the rear hatch area which I refused to add. A bit of nickel and dime. They also seemed to use dirty rags on the interior glass which I had to re do once I got home and everything dried. Friendly staff but not cheap for what you actually get. Better off getting the exterior wash and pay the extra dollar for tire shine and do your interior work yourself.
Not again. I’ve tried several times to get a good car wash at this place. This time rags were left in my back seat. Only one window in the back of my car was cleaned. I even paid extra for my trunk to be cleaned. My back outside hatch and bumper, I wiped down before I left. I’m sorry, your service was good when you first opened but now it’s not!!
