in the last weekIt’s a good car wash leaves your car very clean. Personally I wouldn’t not take my car back there to get it washed. Last time I was there my car got a big scratch from those brushes! Overall, it’s good to get a wash whenever i go in thst area I just drive right in and getter washed. Lol when people have issues at the drive up point, assistance comes out immediately. Keep up the great customer service!3 years agoIt was ok. Not bad.. car washed, free vacuum but vacuum wasn’t powerful enough but it was good and it’s better than nothing. I recommend those in Trenton and in Ewing who need a car wash to go here. Pricing is in the pictures that I’ve posted. You can pay in cash or use debit/credit card. Please be aware once you enter, you can’t back out since this is one way.6 months agoI have a monthly subscription for washes. Went to this location & during the wash I was hit repeatedly by the car behind me during the wash. My car is dented & scratched & the person behind me has damage as well. They say they’re not responsible & it’s ridiculous. How can they run a business like this? Just damage cars & say it’s your problem. Signs or not they are responsible & now because they’re not an upstanding business I’ll have to go to small claims court & it will be a huge ordeal. The police were called & they said there were no moving violations & that the car wash is certainly responsible signs or not. 5 months agoScratched the hell out of a brand new black car. Guess it’s also partially my fault not realizing you should not bring black cars to the car wash? But this should be posted somewhere. There’s micro scratches / swirls alllll over the place now.5 months agoI’ve been going here on and off for years, but I’m done. A few months ago they overinflated my tires to the point I got a flat just hours later, and when I tried to call them over 10 times nobody picked up so I went over to talk to them. The manager talked to me like I was an idiot and didn’t understand pressure changes as tires get hot, and even after I told him how high the pressure was when they were cold he still tried to argue it with me. In the end he gave me another free car wash and said he’d put a $10 discount in the system for the next time. I had no intentions of going back but my wife was pressed for time and had to take her car in today. Of course when they check the system, there’s no $10 discount under either car and the worker she spoke to was very argumentative about it. This place used to have workers who were personable and cared about the work they were doing but now all they care about is volume. I’m glad I have a reputable mechanic I can take it to. Not only do I know the job will get done right, but he’s not always trying to get me to buy an $8 air filter for $30. Stay away.2 months agoI’ve been going for years and never had any issues. My car always gets thoroughly cleaned in the drive through wash and there’s never a wait to use the strong vacuums and microfiber towels.7 months agoI always go out of my way to come back here for oil changes – I moved out of NJ two years ago and will stop here when I’m in town! The auto care section has the best staff, I find them to be very honest and never pushy. Multiple times they’ve taught me about how to care for simple things with my vehicle and made suggestions for the longevity of my car. I never feel talked down to or taken advantage of. I always leave having learned something or just enjoyed interacting with the staff as they worked on my car. I always appreciate the attention to detail and care I receive at this location!

Best part is free vacuum stations with towels, air blower and vacuums on both sides to clean your inside2 years agoRead some of the other (negative) reviews. We had a fine experience. No problems, the car came out clean with a Deluxe wash. The vacuums have very strong suction.3 months agoIt’s a good place to wash your car, there are different packages from I think $ 19.00 monthly you can wash as many times during one month there are packages that you have to pay a little bit more to add more services depending what you want to wash your car. The machines are in good shape it doesn’t scratch your car and it’s well cleaned.There is free vacuums to clean inside the car and towels to dry it. I recomend Valet Auto Wash becase it convenient for you, you dont have to spend to much money to have clean your car.4 months agoI’ve been to this car wash location a few times so I won’t give 1 star as it is conveniently located. On the other hand, this wash will require multiple run throughs to provide a bare minimum clean though I have not noticed any scratches overall. The issue with how this location is designed and run stems from the lack of direction for customers, and consideration for others when those directions are not followed. I am leaving this review to inform others to act with caution. When I attempted to use this wash today I experienced an issue where another car in front of me slammed on their breaks while being on the automated tracks inside the wash. Since I had already entered the wash at this point, the tracks kept moving my car forward and ran my car into the car in front of me. I requested the manager and was told this happens frequently and was due to the person in front of me hitting their breaks. Though this is a frequent occurrence, I was told that they are not liable for any damages, nor is it there responsibility to stop the offending car and driver from leaving after the accident took place. Since they do not have cameras in the tunnel I’m out of luck and they are unwilling to help. Use at your own risk, won’t be back.a year agoExcellent automatic car was. Me and my partner love the auto wash! We’ve had a membership for years and it’s so worth the money! There’s an option between self vacuuming indoors or outdoors. There’s unlimited towels for anyone to use on their vehicles. It’s always cleaned and organized. We’ve never had a bad experience!
I liked the idea of letting me dry and vacuum my own car – I’m sure it reduced (labor) costs; it also gave me the freedom to choose to spend lots of effort on spots that wouldn’t be practical for employees that are trying to just get done quickly. Great vacuum! I admire the ingenuity of coming up with an interactive screen that I pull up to, to select what kind of wash I want and then pay for it with a credit card – that also cut back on (labor) costs. I was only disappointed that they didn’t resupply my drying towels – but even that could be because I arrived at that station 5 minutes before closing! Overall a “thumbs up” – I intend to come back.
Tesla owners beware. Sadly this wash chews up the black rims. Thought it was a one off. Now I have two gashes that need repair. Good for certain vehicles. Not the model Y performance.

Worth noting that this place also includes access to their vacuums + wash cloths in the price of car wash which I thought was pretty cool.
Wish the valet interior cleaning was open year round, but I understand why it’s not.
I am a member here. I like it. Sometimes the interior crew forget to wipe down the inside of the front windshield. And they need to fix the buffer lane tire shine. There’s a piece of metal bent outward where the tire meets this sharp metal point.
Update***. They fixed the tire shiner.
