a month agoThis place is great from the beginning, great car, washes, free, vacuum, after you get your car, washed employees wipe down your car with towels, and the owner, who has the nice looking red decorated truck, he’s really really nice, every time I come it feels like he knows me and it’s very personal and then today Melissa was at the kiosk, and she pressed the buttons for me and grab my card and put it inside the machine, that was really helpful, because sometimes I have to open my whole car door to pay for the car wash, so I like the extra help, this place is great, always leave my car looking wonderful., And then it gets dark early these days, so I see they have the lights on by the vacuums, that’s pretty awesomea month agoLove this car wash spot. I actually prefer this but you have to vacuum the car yourself. What makes this place stand out is the options of the vacuum and other tools for cleaning the car. They have air, so you can get those small crevices filled with dust! Simple, but I’ve never seen a place with that. They also have something for the car mats but i didn’t check that out. I was in a hurry. I like this place better than the auto spa!in the last weekOn Sunday 10-15-2023 took my vehicle into get washed and it was damaged. 2 months agoLOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I have been going to Chesapeake Car wash for the past 3 years and I couldn’t speak any higher of this business! The facility is well run with kind and knowledgeable staff. It’s clean and well maintained. I have the gold membership and I enjoy getting my car cleaned inside and out and every time. They do a fantastic job! I have also gotten one car detailed and it was night and day the way it looked afterwards!! It looked brand new and is still looking clean and detailed almost 3 months after! They did a fantastic job! Added bonus, the gift shop inside is so cute! Perfect for little gifts of all sorts from babies to home decor.3 months agoDid not do the dashboard at all, left dirt in the cup holders, no door jams, many spots on the outside of the car still not clean for $39.00 car wash I expect more. Time to find another place more detailed oriented.7 months agoThis was my first time at this detailed car wash ! I was very impressed with my overall service ! Once I got there everything was explained thoroughly step by step & I was also greeted by the manager who was also very welcoming & accommodating ! They have a place for guests to either sit outside on a patio or a space inside to wait for your car to be finished!I was in and out in under 20 minutes !!!

8 months agoTried this car wash for the first time today. The customer service was a 10. But the actual service was terrible. They spent 7 mins vacuuming/cleaning the inside of my car. It looks like it wasn’t even cleaned besides the vacuuming of the floors.2 months agoThe best experience. I’ve been to many car washes in my days and this by far has been the best. They are quick and so good. Great wash + clean. Costumer service was amazing.

8 months agoMy second time taking my car thru the wash…I heard good things about this place…and I don’t like the heavy brushes at most washes…. they were very careful with my car and the detailing work I can still see the shine 2 weeks later !!!!!! Great customer service ?9 months agoFantastic job overall! For quick wash they are on point especially for the price.For their detailing services, Steve pays very close attention to everything, very fair pricing. Been coming here for 25 years, and I don’t forsee that changing.
6 months agoThe best car wash in Gambrills/Crofton area. I get my vehicles cleaned here all the time. They spend time on your vehicle and make sure its done right. Management is attentive and responsive and makes sure their customers are happy with the finished product.11 months agoI’ve been getting my car detailed here for years. I took it today for an interior detailing, paid $255, and they neglected to do simple things like wipe down the rear view mirror and interior windows and windshield. My car was definitely very dirty so I didn’t mind paying but I was expecting a clean car.a year agoToday I went to the shop to get my car wash Which came with the wheel clean. I drove down the street to go through the grocery store to pick up some food and notice this atrocious wheel cleaning. I would never recommend this place to get your car clean and of you do decide to get it cleaned, please inspect your rim cleaning, because there is zero attention to detail in this part of the cleaning process

For My 1st time, it wasn’t too bad however, some somethings could have been better. They cleaned my cup holders and completely lost or tossed one of my cup coasters, then I had to tell them which wash I paid for because they didn’t clean my rims (they did a poor job cleaning my rims), and they didn’t wipe the inside of my door well by the handle. I paid for the membership so I’ll continue to go this month to see if it gets better.
Update: yass they took good care of my car this go round. No complaints.
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Terrible work ethics by the employees. They obviously don’t take pride in their work. I’ve given this place 2 chances. The 2nd was just as bad as the 1st The 1st time I paid $45 for the service and a $20 tip. The second time I paid $45 for the service and $10 for a tip. It’s a rushed job on the inside. The outside looked fine, but the inside it a shotty job. No attention to detail just hurry up so we can stand around and talk I’m in the area every Sunday and would have given this place weekly business, but I’ll use the place down the road for an $8 car wash and free vacuums. Don’t waist your money. Pictures will be added They ask you what fragrance you want when you pay. I said Cherry. As you see they added several fragrances to the point my car smelled like a portable toilet.
Was super excited to finally get my truck washed. Cashier was super friendly. However, the guys vacuum/ wiping down rims and wiping down the interior definitely need to pay more attention to detail. For $45 I would expect much better. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon!!! 8/27/23 around 2:00pm
Went there this morning and purchased the silver wash ($33). After the wash, I found my black rims were wet and I asked if the water could be dried off. The assistant manager stopped the employee from assisting and said they will not dry water off of the rim. I clarified that I wasn’t looking for the rims to be cleaned, only the excess water to be dried to avoid water marks. She insisted that they will not dry the water off.
I called to speak to the assisted manager to understand the reasoning since they used to dry water off the vehicle completely, including the rims. After speaking with her, she stated they won’t touch the rims at all because they want customers to purchase the $39 package to fully clean the rims. All the other full service car washes around include such a basic expectation. I found her response and concern to be disingenuous and it was clear that this company cares only about taking your money and providing subpar service.
In addition to the rims, the dash was still dusty and the arm rest was left with the same spots that were not wiped off. After watching this location go down in service over the years, this is my last time going to this location because it doesn’t feel good to give your hard earned money to a company that doesn’t take pride in their work or listen to the several complaints online about their poor service with cleaning the inside of the vehicle and the rims. Would not recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service.
Tuesday January 2nd I had to pick up clients. So I stopped there to have it cleaned. I paid $45. After it was done I jumped in and left. When I picked up my first client I had time to look at the cleaning job.
I was very disappointed. The vacuuming in my front and rear floor was good. My third row seat was down leaving the back exposed. The vacuuming job in the back was poor. Still partials left behind. Actually I don’t think it was done at all. My fur baby nose print was still on the driver side front window. The panel was not cleaned off. There was still dust visible on my dash board and vent. I had asked the young man to please throughly clean the inside wind shield as it was very dirty snd smudgy. In the back there was still dust on the armrest and the rear window was not cleaned at all.
There was only my car being serviced at the time and it was at least 4ppl cleaning so they just skipped the obvious details. They seem to work way too fast neglecting their personal touch. If I weren’t very busy I would have gone back but time was not on my side. So today,Wednesday, I ended up having to clean it myself.
If this is the kind of service I get for $45, I won’t be returning
