2 months agoLOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I have been going to Chesapeake Car wash for the past 3 years and I couldn’t speak any higher of this business! The facility is well run with kind and knowledgeable staff. It’s clean and well maintained. I have the gold membership and I enjoy getting my car cleaned inside and out and every time. They do a fantastic job! I have also gotten one car detailed and it was night and day the way it looked afterwards!! It looked brand new and is still looking clean and detailed almost 3 months after! They did a fantastic job! Added bonus, the gift shop inside is so cute! Perfect for little gifts of all sorts from babies to home decor.3 months agoDid not do the dashboard at all, left dirt in the cup holders, no door jams, many spots on the outside of the car still not clean for $39.00 car wash I expect more. Time to find another place more detailed oriented.7 months agoThis was my first time at this detailed car wash ! I was very impressed with my overall service ! Once I got there everything was explained thoroughly step by step & I was also greeted by the manager who was also very welcoming & accommodating ! They have a place for guests to either sit outside on a patio or a space inside to wait for your car to be finished!I was in and out in under 20 minutes !!!

8 months agoTried this car wash for the first time today. The customer service was a 10. But the actual service was terrible. They spent 7 mins vacuuming/cleaning the inside of my car. It looks like it wasn’t even cleaned besides the vacuuming of the floors.2 months agoThe best experience. I’ve been to many car washes in my days and this by far has been the best. They are quick and so good. Great wash + clean. Costumer service was amazing.

5 months agoWhat a ripoff, Mister! 50 bucks ($42 platinum wash, plus tax and $5 tip) …and I still need a car wash. This was the first (and last) time I tried this place bc my usual place in Edgewater hasn’t been as good since it changed ownership. But it’s better than this! A lot of staff there, but no one working especially hard or taking pride in the finished product. Yes, these photos were taken AFTER my car was washed…2 months agoMy six year old son could have done a better job tbh. The prices were only absurd because the quality of the actually car wash/interior cleaning was absolute trash. The interior of the two back doors were exactly how they were when I pulled in. The triangle windows in the backseat and trunk weren’t done inside. The shine from the tires splattered on the bottom trim that wraps around my SUV (which means it didn’t get wiped down.) Even my windshield there was a clear difference in the windshield wiper area vs the rest of the windshield where it’s NOT THAT HARD to wipe down for an even clean look. Other areas of both interior and exterior were either not touched or quickly wiped over. It’s clear they don’t actually care to make your car look nice even with a tip on top of the already high prices, which let me reiterate, would be worth it if they actually did a good job. They asked me “what would you like us to focus on” *Proceeds to leave specific concern, unfocused on* First and last time I will ever be going here. Do not waste your money.3 months agoThis place is so amazing! I mean the staff is just so great everyone seems so happy to be there! I had gone in on a Monday the lady at the front was so helpful on what I should get for my car and was so wondering. The gentleman drying my car was just the sweetest most happiest man I probably have ever met! 4 months agoIf anyone goes to Mister Car Wash by the harbor center… do so at your own risk. My brand new car was damaged when an employee didn’t put it into park and it rolled into another car. Getting any information from them and getting the general manager to a call me back has been impossible. I’m having to go through the police to get anywhere which is just completely ridiculous! Accidents happy but it speaks volumes when accountability is lacking.

a month agoCame in on a weekday afternoon, quick and great service. Carter and Luke did a great job doing the inside of my car and vacuuming. Car smelled great and came out spotless! 10/10 will be back.2 months agoThree clean-cut jocks that don’t know how to clean a car. And no adult in sight to send them back out when the customer picks up the vacuum head and starts vaccuuming his own car afterward. My 30 bucks plus $5 tip didn’t even include my mats getting washed clean, let alone vacuumed underneath. And the kid who checked me in and took payment had the communication skills of a high-schooler. Actually, maybe they were all high schoolers. Yes, courteous and uniformed and great teeth, but clueless too. Maybe my standards are too high. I usually get my car washed in Jersey for half the price, and a crew of six men descends on the car to clean every corner right and right quick. I need to leave those guys a $10 tip next time. Meanwhile, I’d sooner clean my own car in Annapolis at the self-service place down my road than given Autobell Car Wash anymore of my dollars. Fool me once.a year agoMy new favorite car wash in Annapolis! Tyler did an amazing job taking care of my Jeep. They got in all the little nooks and crannies and cleaned everything so well. Really happy with the service! 10/10 recommenda year agoHave been coming to them for 2yrs now first year only one disappointment. And since that time today has marked the 2nd. To my belief due to who is committed and ambitious toward their position as an employee differentiated from those who are just there for the paycheck and potential tips. As I usually always try to ensure I have cash to spread a little extra hope but do prefer the heavier set gentleman as 1/8 workers I have witnessed in the last year to be ambitious whether that ambition comes from a personal aspect or courteous 1/8 employees out of the 15 that probably work there 3/15 actually do there jobs.I know this because usually 1/5 available crew members to clean the vehicles as 3 attempt other cars usually pairing between 2 others my car is usually left with one and individual and my car is a 3 row SUV. The 2 I approve out of 15 that are usually left solo Have always done spectacular jobs and deserve the 20% tip. Today 3 people serviced my car as the last time I was extremely disappointed and no one did their job notice that nobody I prefer out of those 2/3 people I approve to usually weren’t available possible due to my chosen hour of day which was 11:50 today but yes extremely not worth the rest of my seasons clientele as last warmer season during this time is when I decided if 3 people can’t span my car like 1 during a cold season u won’t get my services unless the ones I prefer are around and I will gladly take charge of my convenience.
Nobody vacuumed sufficiently Al thought attempted to get leaves out the creases of my trunk for 3mins. Barley wiped my cup holders or dash. The outside always is done, 90% of it is handled by machinery.

5 months agoHaving passed several car washes where employees were busy doing interior cleaning, we were surprised that Autoobell wasn’t busy. The exterior was decently done, but the interior was minimal at best. It was hot and the crew was young but we felt hoodwinked because my husband had already given a tip that was more than 100% because of the heat. My husband and I helped ourselves and wiped down the most obvious spots – console, trays etc but the guys had disappeared. Very disappointed.

I typically like coming here to get my car washed but today they did an absolutely terrible job. I paid $42 for them to clean both the inside and the outside (I picked the best option for cleaning the outside and the best option for cleaning the inside). What I ended up getting was the exterior of my car washed and a quick vacuum over everything. The dash was still completely covered with dust and all the hard surfaces were still dirty. It’s just frustrating that I paid for them to wipe down and clean the inside and they didn’t. I didn’t notice until I had already pulled out or I would’ve asked them to wipe everything down.
Great experience! The entire process was easy and done quite quickly, yet the cleaning job was very well done. I found the setup somewhat confusing at first, but staff were helpful and patient to explain.
The exterior and interior were cleaned very thoroughly. The staff are organized and hard-working. The manager was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this car wash organization.
The new Flagship has my vote. Best thing to happen in this area in a long time. The wash its self is excellent. Although some people may not like hand drying their own car there isn’t much to dry because the air blower works so well.
This place is spic and span new and clean. The employees are very nice and helpful with a few of the faces from the old car wash.
Bought two memberships and got $5 off for multiple vehicles. Pays for itself after two washes.

For the price of $44 for a Full service. It states that they will wipe down interior seats and airdust the dashboard. However it doesn’t look like they even touched my seats and did an incomplete job of cleaning my dashboard. As seen there is still reminants of dirt.
My backseats still look yellow and not their typical grey/white color.
I went in to get a gift card for my daughter’s boyfriend. I was treated very well. The place was crowded. The workers were doing a great job! Looks like a very efficient business.
