But we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for him to bring a car up that we had requested to see, they said the car shouldnt have any issues. He comes back after 45 minutes saying the car won’t start and jumping it won’t work and they have no idea why.As we are sitting there for that 45 minutes waiting for him we watched multiple employees wildly goofing around and making a ruckus everywhere despite there being many other customers there other than us. They seemed very unprofessional. Along with a continuous flow of customers coming back saying they had just bought a several thousand dollar car from them and it had either died, something broke, or there was a large issue with it that the dealership had not told them about when purchasing their car.
We asked for another car to be brought up for us to look at and again it took another 20 minutes.
It was just ALOT of waiting for cars to be moved to look at, and several unprofessional employees. We ended up just leaving after the second car. We were there for probably at least 2 hours and all we did was look at 2 cars.
5 months agoWell bought a 2021 Kia from corwin with only 40,000 miles on it. Pretty much a brand new car. Had it for almost 2 months and brought it in for an oil change, valvoline technician told me it needed coolant. I’m thinking why does it burn coolant that fast it’s a brand new car? So he put some in and it immediately leaked out. He said there’s a hole in the coolant reservoir. Take it to the Kia dealership since I have extended warranties through them and they examined the vehicle. Found out that the owner prior must have hit a pole or a tree and didn’t report it. They slapped a new bumper on it and sold it. You can tell by the way the radiator was bent that it was done prior to me owning it. The radiator, ac condenser, coolant reservoir, under gravel shield, fender, etc all needs to be replaced. The engine was on the verge of blowing up but there was just enough coolant in the reservoir. Went to corwin and they pretty much told me to bad, so sad, car was sold as is. The manager said “we just make sure the vehicles are safe to drive” k well clearly they aren’t. Paid over $2000 for extended warranties for no reason because they won’t cover it since it wasn’t a at fault dealership problem. I could file an insurance claim but then they said they’ll hike my monthly insurance bill to little over $700/month ? Kia gave me a temporary rental car that I don’t have to pay for since they feel bad about The situation (thank god) to drive until mine is fixed. So now I have to somehow come up with an over $3000 to get my car back. My car is now back in the shop. I brought it to corwin and they seen the car was spraying fluids in THEIR LOT. They didn’t care. This car was in an accident and wasn’t reported. If corwin did a full inspection, they would have seen these damages and they should not have cleared the inspection. This vehicle should have never left the lot.3 weeks agoI purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion from this place in late April 2023 and within a week I realized the transmission was going out and one of the rear tires was losing air every other week due to the rims being shot from hitting curbs. I should’ve known there were issues since it was on clearance with no warranty. Thankfully I purchased my own extended warranty. My car has been at the mechanics since late August to have a new transmission put in. I’ll never buy from this place again! I asked if they would give me some floor mats and a second set of keys to which they refused. Don’t buy from here!!

Something isn’t working here. Very nice in person and willing to provide rides while you are waiting but scheduling is a nightmare, especially if you live out of town. I made an appointment in advance. Informed them I needed to buy snow tires and have them installed. I drove an hour to the service center for my morning appointment. Upon arrival I was asked what kind of tires I needed because they didn’t have any in stock. Tires were ordered and scheduled to arrive 4-5 hours later…..for some reason when I asked about coming back later in the day that wasn’t an option. Spent 7 hours in the lobby. Three other people in the lobby had the same experience. So I know more about them then most of the people I have worked with for the last 5 years. Two days prior to my appointment, my wife had an appointment for an oil change. Drove an hour to the service center. On arrival was told it would be 4 hours because so many people came in before her. So why stack so many appointments at the same time? Last year my wife scheduled an appointment for a repair. First drive over, part wasn’t in stock. Rescheduled. Second appointment, they had not yet ordered the part. Third time, same thing. What?? I have always enjoyed buying a vehicle from Lunde because of their approach to sales and customer service, but we won’t be able to use their service department any longer due to the ongoing issues.
I purchased my Mazda used from Lunde over five years ago and I would never take it anywhere else as long as I live in this area! They are always courteous, I get in in a timely fashion, and I feel that they always treat me fairly. When it’s time to look for a new (used) Mazda I will definitely look at Lunde first!
The service department was great to work with. They kept continuous communication on the progress of my car. It took awhile to fix due to part availability, but they made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I found it very kind of them to make sure I had an extra vehicle while mine was in the shop, which I did. They are kind and helpful. My car was in great hands! It is back and running beautifully again. Thanks!
