Originally was an English brand, when they first came the clothes were nice and material was ideal. Now they material is trash and the clothes shrink when u wash them. Used to be my go-to to buy my children’s clothes but I’ll just stick to my regulars6 months agoThe clothes are of good quality for the price. However, the company should update their exchange and refund policy for clothes with original tags.Many people don’t keep paper receipts. Instead proof of purchase is stored electronically. This is 2023, digital confirmation of any store purchase is necessary.
Lastly the supervisor ( Amanda) demonstrated a careless attitude. If you can’t make customers feel heard why work in retail.

2 months agoPrimark is known for having low cost clothing and accessories for women, men, and kids. The last time we were here, they had much more than they did this time. It’s still a clean store with friendly staff and a fair amount of inventory. One thing’s for sure – their prices are pretty unbeatable by larger chains and online retailers like Walmart and Shein.in the last weekA Honda designer said once “a good design doesn’t cost more than a poor design” Primark seems to share that view. They have really nice stuff so cheap we feel like it may be a mistake.2 months agoNot impressed. They do have items cheaper than many places. Sizes tend to run on the smaller side (not true to size). The big sign they have posted about dressing rooms is somewhat confusing. Had to walk almost up to the counter to see the smaller sign that actually made sense. Basically they are telling you that the dressing rooms are for everyone. No separate male/female. You are behind doors/curtains however I wouldn’t allow my child in there without an adult. Too many crazy idiots out there.in the last weekI really like this store especially their prices and selection! But on many occasions they either ran out of inventory or haven’t had “the time” to unload new inventory. It’s very frustrating and not a good thing for such a great shopping idea. I left disappointed ☹️2 months agoThe place is well kept and organized. Not all the registers were open when I went. The close is a great price but you get what you pay for. The shirt I purchased was a size up from the size I normally purchase for my child. He wore it once, I washed it and it went from too big to too small.

Excellent store. It’s economical yet the clothes are good quality. I was in Boston twice and both times I did my shopping here. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The subway stations are very close as well. I will continue to recommend this place to everyone.
Fun store! I liked it so much when it had the four floors but the product selection is still reiably great with exceptional prices. The only drawback would be the lines, the cashiers are good, but sometimes there’s just not enough stations open. Otherwise it’s a cute store!
Low prices, good customer service. You have to take your own bag, otherwise, you can be a paper one for 5centes, that won’t hold on a rainy day
Same problem as I encountered 3000 miles away a couple of days earlier -virtually no straight jeans. Half a dozen slim and skinny jean variations have loads of sizes. Very few options in normal men’s sizes. And I’m of average size – 32/30
Horribly rude cashiers. The cashier I went to and the one next to her were very loudly insulting my clothing selection, which I bought from the store THEY work at. They said multiple times they would NEVER buy the sweater I was buying. I would have said something if I was not so shocked. Also, they were super rude with another customer beside me, asking about what country they belonged to and proceeding to tell them that they were surprised they were not from USA because they “looked American”. I was baffled and felt very uncomfortable with the whole encounter.
