4 months agoThis isn’t the first time that I’ve come here for a hand car wash and left with a dirty car. Decided to give them one more try. These are pictures taken AFTER a HAND car wash. I asked them for a rag to start cleaning it myself and eventually gave up once I started making my way around the car and looking at the amount of spots that were untouched. Waste of money and time. Went in for an “extreme” wash yesterday, and the car came out no better than a machine wash. The guy that worked there missed multiple spots on the car (obvious ones), and the mid-aged Spanish dude has such an attitude.a week agoThey use good products, but the guys that hand wash the cars don’t have any knowledge about car detailing, I did observe one of the guys that was drying my car step on the microfiber towel and after continuing using it on my car.Lately they are getting worse and worse. After they finished I found so many dirty spots on my car, it’s a waste of money because after I have to clean my car.2 years agoGood 24-hour car wash that has both hand wash and automated wash options. The hand wash option at 3rd tier was about $26 and change inclusive of tax (but excluding tips). They did a decent job vacuuming the inside of the car and dusting off the mats. Everything is pretty rushed by the crew since they’re churning out car after car and the line can get pretty long, especially on a sunny day on the weekends. The store inside sells all your standard car care equipment etc. My car had some white paint specks that were picked up from the road but the wash wasn’t able to get them out and unfortunately their detailing crew wasn’t able to even attempt the job either after I discussed with them. I’ll need to bring my car to a detailing shop with better on-site capabilities to handle any non-standard cleaning jobs.

5 years agoBoth good and bad. The place is very nice. It is accommodating. It has a little shopping place with an expresso bar. The mechanic was very nice, and the oil change service was excellent.What I did NOT like is the car wash. They left my mat very dirty and did not clean certain places inside. This is why I gave it 4/5.
Overall is a good place for the price.
2 months agoI enjoy coming here when I am in the city as it is a quality experience for the vehicle but it seems some of the levels they offer have not been available lately. Went to this car wash first time. Car was not very dorty. Took the 24.99 super wash which supposedly included undercarriage cleaning, polish and tyre polish. They did a very poor job. Bird poop was still stuck on the trunk and windscreen when they handed the car to me. Did not wipe the water down. side skirts did had dirt on it. Did not even clean the sideview mirrors with water marks on them. Disappointed. They just drove the car out of the wash to the corner and told literally in 3 minutes that it is done. I had to point every spot to make them clean it. Only positive thing is that it was quick.
Could be a better service with wiping down the water after washing, but they crew is fast and the prices are better than the competition in Manhattan, the distance between two plays a role in the $$$. I have been here multiple times. I would recommend it, you get what you pay for, there are many options for your budget to consider.
There are only a few drive through car washes in Manhattan but this one is the best. I stopped by while my wife was getting minor surgery at HSS and it was quick and painless (the car wash). Also very reasonably priced (the car wash).
They did an excellent work on my car. I had gone to another detailing place and paid about the same or more amount but was not satisfied at all. Very professional and flexible. It was worth the price.
For the price they charge. They don’t take their time to make sure that your vehicle is thoroughly clean. I won’t be going back to spend my money anymore. Windows we’re still dirty and they didn’t wipe the dash boards. Very tacky job, and very dissatisfied!
