5 months agoWent to get a car wash today (08/01/2023). For someone to pay almost 45 dollars for this “top tier” car wash and have handed back this shape of a vehicle is embarrassing for a business. If you want the outside of your vehicle clean it’s as good as any other automated car wash. This owns once a great establishment with great people, it seems over the years that has fallen to the way side. The employees don’t actually care that your vehicle is clean they just want to go through the motions and go home.4 months agoI have given this place multiple times of a chance. I’m the type of person who’s philosophy is ” if you want something done right, you do it yourself.” But I have a clingy baby, and I desperately needed my car cleaned (the window was so dirty the defroster was making matters worse when using it) I went today and the inside of my car doesn’t even look like it’s been touched (see pictures) I waited an hour in line, which obviously can’t be helped but to then have my car look not vacuumed on top of it and spending almost 25 dollars is unacceptable. I know these people work hard but so do I for the money I spend on services rendered. Suffice to say, I will not be returning and will just follow my motto from now on.4 months agoOkeish for carwash not so good for an oil change. They always put 1-3 quarts of too much oil! Told them multiple times they didn’t care. At least they doing it quick job.3 months agoI was there to get a car wash. The guy with the locs did such a great job cleaning the inside of my car. I just came back from a family road trip so you know kids can make a mess. He took his time and made sure my car was as good as new. It is so nice to see someone work hard and have a pleasant and professional demeanor. It was my first time there but definitely won’t be my last. He’s must have kids because he knew what was needed and did it. He’s a keeper. If you go here keep an eye out for him.2 years agoPlease… For those who have given less than 4 or 5-star reviews for the car wash in the past, please reconsider coming here as this business is under new ownership. I became disappointed with Silver Bay car wash over the last two years as I feel their service as well as customer service began to lack but I continued to go here because it was convenient and I am a creature of habit. The first thing I noticed when I pulled up was their packages and prices have changed. The second thing was the friendliness of the greeter as well as those who are about to vacuum my sand-filled car. (Sorry about that but I do love the beach!) They didn’t bat an eyelash as they got to work. The cashier? Super friendly! The final crew who cleaned the interior and the windows!? Amazing and equally as friendly (thanked me, wished me a great day, and actually SMILED!) As they were completing the interior cleaning, I noticed there were thin hoses running to the interior of my car. Apparently these are air compressors and or vacuums that were used to get to the spots the regular vacuum couldn’t. This is definitely a new thing here. The car was returned to me absolutely spotless without a speck of dust, lint, or sand! I wish I had ‘before ‘ pics but check out the ‘after’!

2 months agoJust left Prestige Auto Spa and WOW! I’m so impressed. Car is spotless in and out. Vacuum job amazing! Dash and doors spotless. One woman even took the time to scrape off a stuck on bird poop. Truly can’t go wrong here! Never found a car wash that matched or even came close to Hamilton Car Wash in Hamilton, NJ. Tried Prestige Auto Spa Diamond wash (most expensive and complete service) and was pleasantly surprised at the quality results. Cars look clean and shiny. I plan to be a repeat customer. Prestige Auto Spa has a monthly plan at a fixed price for as many car washes you want per vehicle. This plan does not work for me since I am a senior citizen and don’t have any car out in inclement weather very often. Although the cost is high, if you can afford it, I would recommend Prestige Auto Spa for the care of your vehicle. Free Diamond wash for my birthday compliments of management/owner.

For having so much competition in the area, I received the worst service today. I got the silver package with the “deluxe interior clean” for $26, it was no where close to being worth that price. My car, especially the trunk and rear bumper, still had dirt on it AFTER I drove through your car wash. I literally had to use a spray detailer all over my car when I got home to clean everything up. I was so MAD I forgot to take pictures of the trunk and bumper but I did remember to snap some photo’s of my once clean towels. You can see how filthy they are now. Furthermore, every window had streaks on them. In the photos I included you can see remnants of the receipt they were to lazy to remove. They just wiped my windshield with the receipt paper and window cleaner. Instead of your staff spending their time spraying the female employees with the “new car” scent spray, advise them to change the wet rags every once in a while. I am beyond disappointed in the service I received and extremely annoyed that I had to re-wash my car when I arrived home.
Frustrating service time and time again. The car wash is very poor. The pre-wash service lacks any quality or effort. The pre wash attendant minimally sprays one side of your vehicle ignoring the other side away from their podium. The wash is limited and often fails to get the vehicle clean. When exiting, they towel off sporadically and with dirty towels. When leaving you’ll see missed areas, particularly any crevice or depressed areas. The grill and front windshields remain streaked with bugs and other grime. The monthly wash club is overpriced. Their system can’t maintain subscriptions with additional cars. The RFID fails to operate regularly causing backups and frustration. The customer service is pathetic.
Had to bring my car in on short notice to get new brake pads and rotors. Garden State was amazing! They were able to squeeze me in on a Monday afternoon and completed the work in about an hour. Car is driving and sounding great! Got an amazing car wash as well. Will def be back!
I’ve always love coming to this place every time I need an oil change or when I need my tires to be rotated. And the car wash experience is also so much fun driving and enjoying the car getting cleaned. The people here are nice and friendly and they always never fail to make my car very clean and fixed up. Definitely recommend going to this place as it’s my favorite place when I need a car wash or for changing oil and tires.
I parked under a tree where some birds decided to come and have lunch. Needless to say when I came out, my car looks like a dalmatian.
One pass-through at Garden State took care of almost all the droppings. The attendants who dried off the car took care of the remainder.
Excellent place, great price, well worth taking your car through, especially during the colder months.
Remember to tip the attendants at the end, they certainly deserve to be appreciated.
