I called ahead to inquire about their prices and mentioned that my son had vomited in the car. They quoted me $46.99 for an interior shampoo job. I drove 25 minutes to get there, but when I arrived, they suddenly told me it would be $80! I spoke to the manager, he refused to honor the initial quote claiming the guy in the back had the final say. It’s clear they tried to take advantage of my situation. I left and found another car wash that did the same job for $41.99. Very disappointed with lack of transparency and fairness.2 months agoThey really paid attention to detail for detailing service! My baby is shining. 2 months agoI come here often for a quick clean of my car. Yes prices have gone up and I’ve accepted that, as has everything else around us. I normally get the VIP treatment for my car and have never found any issues with how the clean3 months agoDid an oil change a they topped off my other fluids and it comes with a rinse and wash for $88 not bad at all I have a compact suv so it’s a bit more for me but the price gets you a nice amount of service, Took about 20 minutes for everything.a week agoTerrible. Overpriced for a lousy car wash. The place is dingy and that’s how the car came out … especially the interior I paid extra for … 23+tax with no wax at all and filth mats even with the interior cleaning.8 months agoI should have moved my car myself… They don’t care about your car when bringing the car into the wash track. The wash itself is very inadequately below average. Not worth my time going back there because they are likely gonna come up with BS reasons.Many other good washes in the neighborhood. 2 months agoI used to get my oil changed regularly here and was happy with my service until July when they upsold me on a full synthetic oil, an engine flush and told me I needed a fuel system flush. I said yes to the more expensive oil, and engine flush. Fast forward to today when I look at my oil change sticker and it says my last oil change was in May so I rush out and get one thinking I’m 3k miles overdue. I ask the guy about a fuel system flush and he says I don’t need one at all – and that my oil looked pretty clean. So I called AACW+L and it turns out they didn’t give me a new sticker in July, so I paid another $100 for an oil change that I didn’t need for another 2k miles. I’m not even sure if I really needed that engine flush. Not replacing the sticker is a huge oversight and cost me time and money.

a week agoReally baffled as to what I just paid for. Employees are just heartbeats no pride in the work. Not even mad. Just disappointed that $36 gets this output. Tire dressing doesn’t even make it 10 minutes out of the place. I’ll drive by in digust. ????????in the last weekI’m surprised my friend recommended them in my second visit after I told the guy only an oil change after they offer extra stuff I had done by my mechanic not even 2 months ago. I went to the Bronx next day when I open my hood I notice my oil filling cap was left completely off I’m not going back be careful. Update I went to another shop they told me that the “Honda” filter they used on my vehicle was fake and showed me the difference I was shockedin the last weekGreat price for just outside! $14!! I was loyal customer here for over 9 years doing my car washes oil changes. The car was service sucks. I guess employees not getting paid enough. 5 people circling the car and doing nothing just wiping the water.
I know only one small guy works hard does his job very well. It was $27 car wash. No wonder why rating is low now. Not coming back for cash and oil change. I have done detailing here not that good.
Very quick and perfect service for reasonable prices. The basic package includes in and out cleaning, unlike other car washes in the area. Plus thay are operating 24/7!
A bit pricey for synthetic prices but the car wash makes up for it somewhat. The car wash that comes with oil change could be a bit better if the workers weren’t rushing to get every car into the wash as fast as possible. It was kind of like watching a nascar pit crew, and some missed dirty spots show for it. I know I’m not expecting a car detailing, but skme or the car seems dirtier than when i brought it in See last picture for reference. Waiting area is nice. Being able to watch the cars exterior get cleaned is nice.
They detailed my MUSTANG 5.0 to a greater level of BEAUTIFUL. I had seven rodent nests that fried with the super heat of the 457 Horse Power engin. All seven rats burned up blood. skin and all. My 5.0 now looks like a diamond inside and out including the engin.
End result worth EVERY PENNY.
I don’t own a car, but I love going to Hollywood Car Wash! For restless souls like myself, Hollywood offers an oasis open 24 hours. The massage chairs seem to feel even better at 3AM, and the coffee is always ready. I’ll usually leave with some conceptually-curious air freshener (“Supernova”) and a kosher candy that looks cool (tastes fine). It’s a truly welcoming place, that happens to feel like a sober nightclub.
My biggest wish is that they would put more effort into keeping their facilities as clean as the cars that consistently roll through. The hallways, chairs and especially bathroom could be made to sparkle a lot more. Again, given the nature of this place as a restorative pit stop- it should better reflect the potential of well-maintained space.
