3 years agoSo happy with the quality and seclusion. The process for exterior detail, felt like all that was actually done. The 3 gentleman worked on my car together and were kind, courteous and very polite. The vehicle as you can see was taken care of nicely and quickly.2 years agoThese guys are the real deal. Five years of gunk, junk, and whatever else they could find in between, underneath, and all around every crack and crevice gone within two hours for an absolutely spotless finish. Edwin took care of me and he’s the man. Definitely will be coming back for all my auto detailing needs.2 years agoMy car needed a little love and a thorough cleaning. The customer sevice responded immediately, evaluated the damage, explained what needs to be done, and gave me estimates for the work. I especially appreciate how much attention Joel paid to my car with with *multiple* extractions to make sure the offending juice spill is removed from the thick upholstery. 5 months agoDoes a great job. The final outcome greatly depends on the vehicle owner, and how you care for your vehicle. If your vehicle has embedded dirt on it from never being washed much, you need to get that off. To maintain your vehicle’s good looks, then bring it to “Carroll’s Car Wash” to really see how good it will look. Look at my vehicle after visiting “Carroll’s” Steve G.6 years agoBuyer Beware! Purchased most expensive wash available despite truck not being really dirty. Triple foam, spot free blah blah. I couldve gotten same wash with a water hose and nozzle. (Pictures were AFTER the wash).4 years agoI went with the highest option (Extreme?) for $12. It would have been nice to know that the dryer at the end wasnt even working when I went in to purchase a wash. At least a discount would have been nice. Craziness. It’s also pretty tight to get into this particular station. Def needs expansion.
7 months agoRUDE CASHIER …. Very tight lot that took forever to get through! Purchased the most expensive wash now $15.00 and my car came out still dirty. I went in to complain and cashier said OH WELL tuff luck! Wow……. Avoid this place at all cost.2 months agoCheapest gas around. Always friendly gas even cheaper with carwash gas is 2.99

4 months agoI used auto wash. Did not rinse my car. Left the place with soap in my car. I did not find anyone there to complain. Phone is dead. Website doesn’t exist.6 months agoI always come to this car wash and get the same results.. but I try repeatedly so if u don’t do self service all you are going to get is a dirty car and a rinse. I chose the highest car wash and my car is still filthy as if it never went through.a year agoPaid for most expensive wash. Was in a rush and just wanted to use the drive through automatic wash. The automatic Lazer wash didn’t even touch the bottom of the jeep. It was not stubborn dirt. I went home and it came right off with a garden hose7 months agoSigned up for the membership for $23 a month you can wash your car up to 30 times and use the vacuum. I like this option because it allows me to wash my car regularly without having to run up my water bill at home. Atmosphere is always good and the owner is really nice.a month agoOne of my favorite car wash in the area. It is one thing they can change is getting stronger vacuums.

Are Touchless Car Washes Better for the Vehicle’s Paint?
There is often a debate among car owners about whether touchless car washes are better for the vehicle’s paint compared to traditional car wash methods. While touchless car washes do have certain advantages, it’s important to consider both the pros and cons before making a decision.
- Less chance of paint swirls and scratches: Touchless car washes use high-pressure water jets and detergents to clean the vehicle without any physical contact. This significantly reduces the risk of paint swirls and scratches that can occur with traditional car wash methods, where brushes or mitts are used.
- No risk of damage from dirty or abrasive materials: In a touchless car wash, there is no direct contact between the vehicle’s paint and any potentially dirty or abrasive materials. This eliminates the risk of contaminants or debris causing damage to the paint.
- Effective in removing dirt and grime: Touchless car washes typically use high-pressure detergents that are designed to effectively remove dirt, grime, and road salt from the vehicle’s surface. This can help keep the paint clean and prevent buildup over time.
While touchless car washes offer these benefits, they do have some limitations:
- May not remove all types of contaminants: While touchless car washes are effective in removing dirt and grime, they may not be as effective in removing certain types of contaminants such as tar or tree sap. These may require additional hand washing or specialized treatment.
- May not provide a deep clean: Touchless car washes rely on high-pressure water jets to clean the vehicle, which may not provide as thorough or deep of a clean as a traditional hand wash. For stubborn stains or heavily soiled areas, hand washing or detailing may be necessary.
- Can be more expensive: Touchless car washes often come with a higher price tag compared to traditional car washes due to the use of specialized equipment and detergents.
In conclusion, touchless car washes can be a good option for maintaining the paint on your vehicle, especially if you are concerned about potential swirls and scratches. However, they may not be suitable for removing certain types of contaminants or providing a deep, thorough clean. It’s important to consider your specific needs and preferences when choosing a car wash method.

Exploring Car Wash Prices Across America
Here are some factors that can affect the cost of car washes in the USA:
- Type of car wash: The type of car wash you choose will have a big impact on the cost. Automatic car washes are typically less expensive than touchless car washes, and full-service car washes are the most expensive.
- Location: The location of the car wash can also affect the cost. Car washes in urban areas are typically more expensive than car washes in rural areas.
- Size of the car: The size of your car will also affect the cost of the car wash. Larger cars will typically cost more to wash than smaller cars.
- Additional services: You may also choose to add additional services to your car wash, such as undercarriage cleaning, tire shine, or interior vacuuming. These additional services will typically cost extra.
Here is a table of some average car wash prices in the USA:
Type of car wash | Average price |
---|---|
Basic automatic car wash | $10 – $20 |
Touchless car wash | $15 – $30 |
Full-service car wash | $20 – $50 |
It is important to note that these are just average prices, and the actual cost of a car wash may vary depending on the factors listed above.
Here are some tips for saving money on car washes:
- Wash your car yourself: This is the most cost-effective way to clean your car.
- Look for coupons or discounts: Many car washes offer coupons or discounts, so be sure to check before you go.
- Wash your car during off-peak hours: Car washes are typically more expensive during peak hours, so try to wash your car during off-peak hours to save money.
- Consider a membership: Some car washes offer memberships that can save you money on washes over time.

This place is horrible. Paid $44 for wash and vacuum so I go thru the car wash and come out, I waited for them to wipe my vehicle off. I get in my vehicle and leave when I noticed 3 of my brand new rims are scratched. So I called back to tell them and spoke to the manager Albert who ask me to come back there so he can see it. That was a waste of time because when I returned he had the nerve to tell me I scratched my rims pulling up the curb. I said so I scratched all 3 brand new rims at the same time none of my rims had scratches on them when I came here. He still insists that I did that myself so I said see you in court. This place needs to be shut down they already change their name like 3 times probably because lawsuits. This place is trash DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE cause all he’s gonna do is denied everything if something happens to your car.
I should have listened to my gut and the reviews, and stayed away from this establishment. The previous owners Whiz were wonderful and took care of your car. Captain Car wash are only out for your money. They are higher than other establishments and not worth the money spent here. The exterior of my car was still very dirty. I pointed this out to the manager and he was very rude saying I should have payed extra for prewash. Not helpful at all. I paid $44 for this nonsense. 22 exterior and 20 interior. (Shouldn’t have any tip at all). I took a towel and began cleaning the car. This is loose dust. Just wiping the exterior and the towel was completely brown. They sent one of the workers to take the towel from me that I should go somewhere else and clean my car. What a way to treat your customer. I Will never send my enemy to this dump!
Did a horrible job. I had to ask them to clean off spots in 4 different areas. After sweating my hair out walking them all around the car multiple times I get inside and my windows are still dirty. The equipment they use is very old. The same equipment from when I got my first car 25 years ago. Not a 40$ job . I could have gotten the squeegee boys to do a better job in 5 minutes for 10!!!
Horrible. Not only did they not clean my car properly at all, they also scratched the rims of my tires. Then they claimed nothing in their car wash could have done it and claimed they were there before, even though I examined the tires before starting the process and they were not scratched and the car is brand new as well. The manager was condescending and not at all helpful. Would never give them my business again.
Nice, but needs a makeover to get 5 stars. I hope they can invest some money to keep up with the competition. Detail shop looks like it’s been closed for years. The hand drying and wheel treatment at the end is worth it.
