  If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst car wash in Washington County. The first time that I went, the brushes caught my antenna (that cannot be removed or retracted) and damaged my hood and side panel, shut the machine down, and trapped me between the 2 roll down doors. I called the number and the man that responded came out screaming at me about damaging his equipment. Fast forward a few years and I decided to try again with a diffident vehicle. I spent $14 just to pull out with a dirty, sudsy car. I proceeded to the self serve bay to rinse the soap off. The machine said I would be charged another $5.00 for so many minutes. I ran my card, rinsed my car, and left before the original time was up. Imagine my surprise to find that I had been charged $15 for the rinse that I had to do to get the soap off from what I had already spent $14 on. Basically, I got taken for $29 and still left with a dirty vehicle. This business is run by a bunch of crooks and thieves.

  Worst automated car wash I’ve been through. Paid $14. Car just didn’t get clean. Dryer blew suds from the base of the hood onto the windshield which means the rinse job was just as bad as the wash. Very disappointing. Was hoping for some rags to completely dry the car but that’s not available. I’ve had better $5 washes with free vacuum. Hope they make improvements.

  As others have said, credit card reader does not work & no signs to tell you that. Only the side of my car was cleaned, dirt still on the roof, trunk & hood. When I called to alert them I was asked if there was still dirt on it. I said yes, I could run my finger over it & dirt came off. He said if it’s dirt in the wax, it won’t come off with hands free wash. What a waste of $12!! At night this place is just s hangout for large groups of people. Never again!!

  Nice, clean car wash. Prices are decent but with the self serve wash small amounts of soap kept coming out of the sprayer while rinsing. I don’t know if it’s bleeding through accidentally but no matter what the small amount of soap kept coming during rinse. I finally just gave up.

  I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here. First time I washed my prius here and the wash missed sides of the car and the hood. I legitimately thought I did something wrong which caused that. Today I brought my dad’s car, and same thing, hood is not clean at all. Even soap residue left on the back .

  This use to be a good local car wash but not any more. I put $10 in the self sev car wash no water came out lost my money. I tried to find a attendant on duty but none to be found, I looked around for a phone number to call none to be found, I went online and got the phone number to the Maugansville Car Wash left a message this is two days later I still heard nothing. This is not the first time this has happened. Bad customer service.

  I’ve tried the soft-touch and touchless both and always purchase the $12 wash. Both do ok. I still find some dirty areas on my car afterwards.. especially on the hood of my car and soap around the inside part of my car doors. So the automatic car wash doesn’t do the best job but unlike other automatic car washes it doesn’t leave hard water spots. They also have a shampooer and vacuums. I can’t comment on either of those because I never used them since I keep the inside of my car clean and I get it professionally auto detailed a few times a year.

  Nice place to bathe the dogs. Seems clean. Bring your own towels though, as none are provided. Also, the car wash is open 24×7 but the dog wash is only open 8am to 9pm.

  I also visited here yesterday! My car looked worse than it did before I washed it!!! I’ve never had any issues here, I prefer this car wash over a few others..until now! I tried calling and can’t leave a message. This is unacceptable customer service!! It might not seem like much money but when you add up the number of cars that went through the wash , it is money in their pocket.

  Do NOT GO HERE. just went and got deluxe and all It did was spray soap. No rollers no rinsing and no drying! Then it happened to 3 people while we were there paying to wash the car AGAIN. Tried to contact the owner 5 times knocked on the office door and no reply or answers. You’d think if your business was ripping off customers and you live right next to the business you would go and maybe put something in front to stop it from screwing them. But why do that when you can continue making money off of it? And who is going to make a stink over 11 or 15$? What a scam. This happened at 10 am and they were home. I’m not in the business of harassing owners at their private residence but one of the customers didn’t mind doing this so we know they were home! And still did nothing.

  Very nice owner, and great spot to stop by for a quick wash. To be honest I appreciate a nice, quick, and simple wash, I think all the car washes popping up recently with crazy lights and foam are fun, but a little unnecessary. My card wasn’t working for some reason but the owner happened to be there and helped me out. I’ll always continue supporting this place for as long as I live here.

  I wish I could give negative stars. I contacted the owner who said he’d send me a refund when I was charged for the automatic wash but the door never opened. Months later, I went to use the vacuums and manual wash bay, only to find I’m charged $29.50 for that. I will never go back. They don’t care about customers and obviously want to rip off people off.

  Time and time again lost money. I only kept going there before because it was the closest to me. But after yesterday losing $3.00 on 3 different vacuums that would not pick up anything from my vehicle carpet I’m done with this place. This isn’t the first time I’ve lost money there on things that just aren’t kept up. Trust me, my vehicle is NOT so dirty that the vacuums shouldn’t have been able to clean the carpet. I only had a few small broken dry leaf pieces. I’ve had issue with no soap coming from the brush in the manual car wash as well. I put my hand over the end of each of them (of course by then my money is in it) and there was almost no suction. Didn’t even pick up dry leaf pieces. Pathetic.

  Do yourself a favor. Save your money on vacuuming your car and just go to the new FREE vacuum on Wesel Blvd. The machines there are well maintained and there are so many more.

  I needed a quick was and this place was perfect. The have manual wash bays as well as two drive through bays. One of drive through bays is touch less and the other has the spinning brushes. Win Win BatesX3 from Kansas City
