5 months agoAmazed with their service– Unique experience compared to other states (other states, you sit in car sent into conveyer to wash the car exterior; here in NJ at this place ; they ask you to get down, clean carpet, mat, vacuum quickly , clean car tires and send to conveyor without anyone on it)
– they also have deep cleaning interior and other services – the guys are pretty hard working to finish cleaning nicely with details
I enjoyed the service here and highly recommend if someone would like to clean the dirty car for 3-5 years — spend 110$ and clean it with details ; bring it back as new car ?

I dropped it off in the morning around 8 am and they called me by 1230pm that it was ready. the interior detailing job was amazing the car looked and smelled brand new. the exterior car wash was amazing. great job. I came to this car wash because my manager recommended them to me ??♀️I’m the type of person that likes to try new things boy big mistake I wish I didn’t Listen so I pull up and notice the packages they had my car wasn’t dirty because I take care of my car it’s new and a 2023. I take the highest package which it $37 which includes inside and outside cleaning, windows, vacuum, etc so the guy starts with opening my windows and my receipt flies out ??♀️which explains the package I bought. Now he starts then stops then starts then stops with my car! So about 30 minutes later he says I’m done I look at the back of my trunk and it was not vacuumed so I say umm this was not vacuumed and he says oh and vacuums I give him a tip shut the door and leave as I look all around my car I see allot of marks all over inside outside windows etc I get home and check the rims and oh my gosh they were super dirty with the armoral all sprayed on them ??♀️if it wasn’t that I had an appointment to get my oil changed I would’ve went back. ?Needless to say I will save my money go to Glow car wash and never go back there $44(includes tip)later and wished I had done it myself I definitely would’ve done a Better job!

2 weeks agoI’ve had several memberships at car wash’s in the area over the years. I must say that compared to what it was when new owners took over. The quality is starting to be one of the worst around. Half the tires are always left untouched unless you ask them to redo them by hand. Even then you catch a mood like you’re being a nuisance. When they clean the front window they don’t do the center and after a few weeks if I don’t do it myself the whole middle is fogged and filthy. They used to blow out interior before it went into wash don’t do that anymore. Never once see them do the inside back window unless asked. I had high hopes for this service, given the glowing reviews, but it fell far short of my expectations. The exterior of my vehicle still had noticeable dirt and grime, and the interior was not cleaned to the standard I had anticipated.
a month agoWhy if I take all the things out of my car so that the team can clean without problems, I should ask for something to clean it myself because they only half dried one part and it’s still dirty inside?? I’m sorry, I like the place, but it’s the third time that they don’t vacuum well or clean the dashboard. I just paid for the month and I am the one who ends up cleaning it around all the workers. Super upset from the results of my first car wash here. I have a new car and I haven’t gotten a car wash yet, but decided to come here due to the high reviews on Google. Now I have lengthy scratches on my car (pictures attached). I did call and leave a message right away to the manager. So hopefully they do the right thing. To add insult to injury the machine did a 2/5 job cleaning the vehicle. Only positives were the free self vacuum and interior wipes they provide. However, that cannot amount to the money this repair is going to cost. Please contact me.
Worth every penny. An excellent value for your dollar! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the automated car wash gets ALL of your cars surfaces clean, unlike other car washes.
My [$34.99+ tax] membership includes unlimited top tier washes, including tire shine, multiple waxes for a shiny finish , undercarriage wash, & access to self service vacuum area, etc.)
Each time I visit the wash, I also receive a “glow kit” free of charge, which is really cool, and sells for $5 should you choose to purchase one without a membership. It includes a high quality microfiber towel (which is not a disposable and can be used many times), a glow bag which can be used for trash collection in your vehicle, a glow-wash air freshener which in my opinion smells great, and two “glow wipes” which are excellent for cleaning your dashboard and other car surfaces.
** I highly doubt the company is going to be able to afford to provide customers with this glow-kit for much longer. The quality of materials are high, and I know they must be taking a large hit in their profits to offer this.
I predict: that either: this service / product will be getting phased out soon, the price of membership will increase, or they will have to offer products of a lower quality.
Whichever route the company decides to take, id certainly take advantage of the generous glow kit each time you visit before it’s gone !
One criticism is that more locations are needed in Northern New Jersey! I drive out of my way each time I get a wash, and I do that because of support/loyalty for this brand and because the value & guaranteed results. That being said, I’d love to cut down the drive time to get there.

Nice drive-through car wash with competitive pricing. The attendant was welcoming and helpful and I appreciated the goodie bag which contained a towel, wipes and an air freshener. The free self-service vacuums were an added bonus. I will make a point to visit when I am in the neighborhood.
