2 years agoPretty standard H&M store. Can’t really speak about the staff as I didn’t encounter any whilst viewing and trying-on – I find it refreshing to be left alone to browse so thumbs up for that. I suppose the staff member at the checkout could be more polite but she was also fairly standard for shops today – gave me a mixed look of fear and surprise in response to me saying hello but checked me out quickly and at least returned my goodbye. Main reason for 3 stars (and not more) is the (lack of) availability of certain sizes. Depending on the product itself, at H&M I always need either size S or size M. Pretty much every single product I liked was sold out of my size. I’ve experienced this at other H&M stores and will never understand why the sizes which sell out the most are not stocked in greater quantities and/or replenished more often. Clearly these sizes sell so the company would make more sales if they had them on the shelf. For me it’s straightforward supply chain – don’t run out of the sizes which sell the most. I managed to buy a couple of products by sizing down but would have purchased several more, had they had my sizes. Once back home I found some of the products in my size via H&M online but not all. Overall an easy shopping experience in the store but could improve size availability.a year agoVery unfriendly personal! There was a red discount tag on there but because it was not visible what price exactly they charged me full price! 3 weeks agoMy girlfriend and I were the two of us in the large cloakroom and changed our clothes. We were standing there in our underwear when an employee opened the curtain almost all the way without warning to tell us that we weren’t allowed to be in the dressing room together. That’s a disgrace! Even after several requests to close the curtain, she still stood there and continued to complain, but nowhere did it say that you weren’t allowed to go into the cloakroom together. This is outrageous and hopefully it won’t happen to anyone else!a month agoThe woman at the checkout looked like a raccoon because she had such ugly makeup on. It’s a beautiful summer, and i got some outfits for the hot wearther. h&m have animal printed pants and lots of summer shorts and Spaghetti tops to match.
A three-level store, quite small like a boutique, so you won’t miss anything, not too crowded. Also very nice view from the windows on the Limmat
Small store and has a lot of stairs if you cannot go up so good is not recommemdable. Otherwise fine, good prices, or should I say fair? Try it out
Love this place…. more quiet than the one in the city… have a nice view to the river from top/ last floor
