3 months agoMy luggage was lost so I was in desperate need of some clothes. I am a 5’10” and 170 lb woman and was very nervous about being able to find clothes that fit in Japan but luckily was able to find several items that worked well for me (good thing cropped pants are in style right now). Service was friendly and helpful at check out.6 months agoPrices have increased over the years, but maybe quality as well, so. For guys with long arms, Uniqlo’s long-sleeved shirts are simply too short, but H&M shirts are fine. A decent selection for men, located at the basement floor.2 years agoDiscriminatory sizes for tall people. I’m 190cm so my usual length size is L32~34. Impossible to find here, only up to L30 sizes available. Waist size is available up to W38, but lentgh size only up to L30. In other terms, small and fat people are fine to buy their pairs of trousers but tall people like me excluded from their commercial equation. Shame on you H&M Japan.4 years agoanother huge multi level chain store. staff here were helpful and friendly.a year agoOne of the only reliable places to find Western men’s fashion in Japan, away from all the baggy, big-buttoned blouses sold elsewhere. They play better music than most clubs in Tokyo, too. Shame it is closing.

4 years agoSo I had a pretty weird experience there…I picked the clothes that I wanted and went to the fitting room. All the cabins were busy so the staff member asked me to wait a little and I said yes. The staff had barely looked at me when they spoke but I didn’t bother doing anything then. When a cabin was available shortly after, the staff offered the person behind me to go first and completely ignored me. Thankfully though, the person behind me let the staff know that I was there before them so the staff ended up letting me go in but then again barely looking at me plus they barely spoke to me. It was just rude.
I had a much better service when I was in other places in Japan.
2 years agoMy daughter loves the styles offered here. The sequined interactive tops (change when you flip the sequins up or down) are a big hit. Check the sale racks for some surprisingly cool stuff at great prices!7 months agoSome staffs are arrogant mostly female staffs. The male staffs are just okay and politea year agoThis H&M sells sportswear, unlike many other branches. Their sportswear is pretty simple design-wise, but that’s what I usually look for.a year agoWe bought a lovely summer dress for our daughter here. Second floor, staff very friendly.

It’s very big 4 storied building. A family store to buy clothes and accessories for all age groups. A walk away from most crowded Shibuya station Hachiko exit. As they have summer sale going on we were quite happy and satisfied with things we jave brought. Otherwise I think bit expensive to buy.

Good selection of Men’s wear but not really flag store worthy. It’s basic.
I like the cloth items and all … But some of the staff members aren’t nice at all for the customers I’m sorry .. I hope there will nice staff member so customers feel more comfortable …
