MILCK Stands with Palestinians, Appeals for Israeli Ceasefire

MILCK, a renowned celebrity, along with artists such as Adam Lambert, Dua Lipa, Gigi Hadid, and several others, have signed an open letter urging President Joe Biden and Congress to push for a ceasefire in the ongoing war between Israel and Palestine.

The open letter, known as The Artists4Ceasefire, calls on President Biden and Congress to work towards de-escalating hostilities between Israel and Hamas. After weeks of fighting, the Artists4Ceasefire open letter was sent in an effort to encourage the U.S. government to convince both parties to agree to a ceasefire.

MILCK expressed her message in the open letter stating, “Children and families in Gaza have practically run out of food, water, electricity, medicine, and safe access to hospitals, following days of air strikes and cuts to all supply routes. The humanitarian situation has reached lethal levels, and yet all reports point to further attacks. We ask that, as President of the United States, you and the US Congress call for an immediate de-escalation and ceasefire in Gaza and Israel before another life is lost.”

By joining in the signing of the Artists4Ceasefire letter, MILCK demonstrates her concern for the people of Palestine and indirectly appeals to Israel to cease the continuous attacks on Gaza, which have claimed the lives of thousands of women, children, and elderly individuals.
