  Our experience with Music City Maid Service was incredible. Scheduling online was easy and having weekend hours available was awesome. The team that came to our home did a great job and was very professional, I didn’t find a single “missed” spot in the whole house.   We hired them for a move out clean and was extremely satisfied! The team I had was fantastic!! Jesse was so sweet and kind during every interaction. They were so thorough and detailed in their cleaning. I never felt like they rushed through anything. They arrived just ten minutes into the 2-hour window we were given, which was so awesome!   1.Was never informed of what time maids would be arriving 2. One maid had a very strong smoke smell that lingered in my condo. 3. Bed was not made appropriately 4. Furniture was not put back in the correct spots (left crooked and misplaced) 5. TV console was not dusted 6. Area around Christmas Tree was not vacuumed or cleaned 7. Kitchen sink was not cleaned 8. Microwave was not cleaned 9. Picture left crooked on the wall

  Second crew came back to fix what was not done and they only “remade” the bed which still didn’t look appropriate. Second team didn’t finish other items above

  Overall extremely disappointed and will not be using company again.

  Overall, they do a good job. It’s not consistent every time, because you get a different crew every week, but they do a thorough job with top surfaces. They tend to skip corners and nooks/crannies when it comes to dusting. Vacuuming is quite bad sometimes, but mopping is always great. So, you would still have to do some work yourself. But I think they still do a better job than others.

  I am so disappointed in the cleaning service. Maybe this is good for people with dirty homes who really need help with just the basic vacuuming and mopping. I keep my home very clean and tidy at baseline. I wanted someone to come do a little extra than the everyday cleaning. After my first clean, I contacted the company and let them know I was disappointed in the service I got. The cleaning people were here for less than an hour today and only did very surface level cleaning. It’s astronomically expensive to not get more time and attention.

  Edit to add additional comment: This review is of a company, not of individuals. The workers who came operated not with the spirit of a move in/out clean (described as deep cleaning) – but with a spirit of what they “don’t do.” At my absolute insistence, they swept two locations that I had expected would be addressed and left dirt / debris on the floor in one room and a dirty window in the other. Perhaps they mistook my generous gratuity to each of them as a job well done – when actually it was a gesture of appreciation because I know they work hard and operate according to how this company trains them. I am traveling between two states to get this all done. I booked a flight just to come to get this one task accomplished. I needed my home to be cleaned and ready for move in when the moving truck arrives. That was my goal. That is why I hired this company. I am in possession of zero cleaning items. When the work was done, my home was still not ready for move in. That gives me additional work to accomplish that I paid this company to do.

  Bring the integrity of your advertising in alignment with the fact that you do not get homes ready to move in. In fact there are several locations in a home that you won’t address. Therefore, there is no such service as a move in/out clean that you offer and to advertise as such is misleading.

  —– I scheduled a “move in/move out” clean of my 4658 square foot home to prepare for my UHaul on the way for a move in. Here are direct quotes I experienced as relates to the service:

  “We don’t do garages” – Sir/Ma’am you advertised and sold me a move in /move out clean. My definition is you get the place ready for exactly that. The WHOLE place.

  “We are not a cleaning company” – Sir/Ma’am you advertised yourself as cleaning experts. Please see the photo for what you left.

  “Do you have a broom” – Sir/Ma’am, you advertise that you bring your own equipment.

  One star for the people present who did the courtesy of sweeping my garage and mechanical room. When they didn’t consider it a part of what they were supposed to do. Otherwise, zero stars is what is warranted.

  Now that I know this is not a residential cleaning company, that this company does not sweep/clean garages for a move in / move out, and then asked ME for a broom. I will not call them again and will look elsewhere for a company to do monthly maintenance cleaning. This was an opportunity for future business that has been lost.

  I had Jessica and Shelly come out to do a deep clean and did an absolutely incredible job! Both were extremely meticulous with their cleaning, rushed nothing and were an absolute joy to be around while they did! The end result was far better than I had expected and I was so impressed, that I now have Jessica stopping by to maintenance cleanings each month! Maid in Nashville is unquestionably the best cleaning service I have ever used and they have made my life so much easier! I highly recommend this service!

Our bathroom holds mold and I have had other cleaning services come in the past, I’ve scrubbed with every trick I could think of, nothing worked to get it clean. She did it!
