2 months agoTo sum up our time at PAC, we drove out to Ohio to go pick up my 2018 Camaro 2SS from Perfect Auto Collection, I found the car online on AutoTempest after searching for weeks, it was the exact specs I wanted in buying a camaro for me. When we got there we were greeting by friendly staff and they helped up do all the paperwork we needed to be able to drive off the lot day of. When I seen the car, it seemed to be kept in great shape and was everything it seemed to be from their posts online. Before we drove 12 hours back home, they made sure we had a full tank. Once home, my car did have to go to Chevy for a couple of minor issues that we didn’t expect but PAC did work with us and helped compensate us by helping pay for the fixes that needed to be done.All in all, our experience at PAC was great, friendly staff and most importantly they helped us with the minor issue we did have, definitely would recommend going to PaC if your looking to buy a performance or high end car.

5 months agoAmazing place! I searched for six months looking for that perfect Mercedes SL550. The condition of this car was so nice it was crazy! I made the deal over the phone and then drove from Pittsburgh to Akron to see it. Within 5 minutes I knew it was a done deal as in person it was NICER than online! They sent me on my way with a paint protection package, a full tank plus snacks!!! Top flight operation with impeccable cars! Shortly after the purchase I went to LandRover to get it looked over, the dealership maintenance guy said, you hear horror stories about secondary owner luxury cars but this car was clean, a few optional maintenance things and change of a wheel arm (not needed anytime soon) and that’s it. 11 months agoTruck broke down 14 hours after purchase. No start I was stuck at work. $4000 repair later I got my truck back. I called and asked for a referral to a mechanic. Will didn’t even give a return phone call. Please inspect your vehicle before purchase. They told me they had their mechanic inspect it but they didn’t. Mine had a split serpentine belt and an engine code. I was told it was an evap but that wasn’t true. This Sucks the drive shaft center support was falling out, brakes were at the vents and completely unsafe to drive, fuel pressure sensor was bad, serpentine belt was split. I called again till I got them on the phone and asked to return the truck. They refused buyer beware. See photos10 months agoJust purchased a Dodge Durango. I almost turned away bc they had trouble getting a good running battery in the car. I understand cars don’t always get driven and the cold weather but that’s doesn’t me feel good. Probably should have listened to my gut bc check engine light came on same day of purchase. Good thing is it should only need a new thermostat. (Thermostat rationality code) No warranty was offered or discussed. Prob. Couldn’t apply bc it’s over 100,000 miles. It’s financed at high 23%. Overall, Will was very nice and helpful. We will see if other new problems arise this 1st week of having the car. They have been around a long time. I’m hoping I didn’t make a mistake doing business with them.11 months agoWhere to begin. I have will or however you spell his name the benefit of the doubt for being “the small guy in auto sales” I purchased a 2007.5 3500 ram dually with “192813 miles” I knew it was in need of tires that was fine but also every brake was junk along with missing the air filter the interior was filthy and the emissions systems have been removed. Come to find out the mileage is false and has over 500,000 miles on it and the odometer no longer works as I’ve put around 500, miles on it and nothing had changed miles wise. I went out on a limb and trusted him which I never should have done now I’m stuck with a money pit of a vehicle! I should have caught on when he kept everything covered in the car fax report except where to sign but I was in a hurry as it had taken way longer than expected. Beware of this shady dealership and don’t give him any more sales! He does not deserve it!!!3 years agoWhere to start… This without a doubt was the easiest and most pleasant experience with a dealership I have ever had. The vehicle was just as it was described on their page. The staff was friendly and willing to work with us. They have several financing options and found one that would fit our budget the best. From what I could see they have top quality inventory. I would and have recommended it to my friends and people at random that ask avout my truck.8 months agoDO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!! I purchased a 2013 Ram 2500 in Feb. They wouldn’t move on the price. I was told it was bought from out of state and it wasn’t. It has been in the shop more than I’ve drove it. I am going to be putting $4500 additional into it to fix mechanical issues. I contacted Summit and they do not care.. They were suppose to contact me about it and they haven’t. I would never buy another vehicle from them. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a vehicle and it’s the most money I have ever spent purchasing a vehicle. It’s April now and still without a 22k truck. Still no help from Summit do not trust this place people!

I had the pleasure of working with Ean on my most recent car purchase. He was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. He made the purchase process easy (and I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past). It was quick and painless. I would suggest this associate to anyone looking at a vehicle at this establishment.
Our salesperson, Jonathon, was amazing to work with. We began by telling him that we are comparison shopping and had other dealerships we wanted to visit after viewing their one car we were interested in. While we were on the lot, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and helpful in answering our questions. When it came time for our initial visit to end, he didn’t pressure us to stay and make a purchase. We respect him for that. We did return and began the process of purchasing our vehicle. He was polite and respectful to us. We didn’t just feel like a customer. He engaged with us and our young child and repeatedly asked if we needed water or anything else while waited for finance.. He offered some bonuses to our car and deal. We were very pleased with him and the way he treated us. A few days later I contacted him about something and he immediately took care of it. This says a lot about his character as a person. He could have blown me off since he already made the sale I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking at a vehicle on their lot.
I went into this experience VERY stressed. I need to work on my credit and was just worried. Roman was GREAT!! He listened to what I wanted! They all did what they could and I am VERY happy with my vehicle and experience I had!!! I 1000% recommend North Coast of Akron!!! And the sales manager was exceptional as well!! Make sure to ask for Roman!!!
When I bought my car I gave this place high stars. Bit beware. I had a lemon for a vehicle. The person who sold me the car was amazing! She tried to help me even when she found out about all the issues I was having. But the dealer themselves? Yeah, no. They sold me a car that just came onto the lot. I told them to look it over throughly, and they said they would. The only thing they did was cleaned it out. The alternator went within a month, and then they themselves put the wrong oil in my vehicle. Then all sorts of issues happened….by 2020 the car was officially dead. The head gasket went. They said the car was worth $15,000. If I wasn’t so desperate at the time, I would’ve done my research. When I finally did, I found out the vehicle wasn’t worth more than $4,000 at the time. Thanks to them, I lost 2 jobs atm. I was living in hotels to make ends meet for my 2 children. It was an awful experience. I pray no one goes through this as I did. They took advantage of a single mom with a 5 year old at that time. (Other child came back later that year). What I thought would be a great advantage for me turned into a horrible nightmare. I put in $5,000 for the car to start with, got it knocked down a bit on the price and put new tires on it (which I felt they should have done), and then got an additional $12,000 added on by the credit union they chose. Again, I take fault for not doing my research, but still. Be careful. I wasn’t the only one I knew who had major issues with them. Good luck. Hopefully, your luck is better.
