Even when you try to make a somewhat payment because you have changed pay scheduled from when you purchased the vehicle they won’t take a payment unless paid in full. They say oh we will work with you and help you out but they won’t at all. They always twist your words around to the fullest. I will never buy from them again if they have the same people in the payment department.Crazy thing is that we have bought from them before and paid off the vehicle with no problems a few years ago. But now even tho we pay just sometimes a little late they are so disrespectful. Oh and don’t ask for a manager because they just sit there and laugh with the other people about your account.

I asked them if I would have any trouble tagging it. They told me no that I wouldn’t. Now I can’t tag it. Eight months later and $5,000 later they have to repo it for 20 days and I would have to put 20% down when I have already paid $5,000. They will not garentee me that I will even get his truck back. Payments are not late. Payments are taken out of my account every 2weeks so why repo the truck. What a way to make money. They can’t put the truck in my name but they can take my money.3 years agoWas a good place to go. Was in and out in 35 minutes. Great down payment vehicle I purchased was practically brand new inside and out very low miles top quality. The guy who helped me was cool , very polite and helpful. Had a great attitude as well not like most places where it’s all about your money not service. I’d recommend this place .

Went to the parts store and the people there are kinda rude. Not to bad but they do need a little help on having better customer service. Went in for a part i ordered online and the guy who was “helping” me was not willing to help help it was more like a whatever attitude. I’ve been treated better in autozone or napa auto parts.
Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Even though I did not get another vehicle and that was no fault of theirs. Cody and all of the team that I met and talked to at Jim Bass cars was extremely nice and very helpful. They truly went out of their way to try to get me into another pickup but as I said it was not their fault that it didn’t happen. Great people and I will go back and I would highly recommend them to go and see about either trading a vehicle or buying a new one and Cody is the only sales person that I know at the business but he was very helpful very polite and extremely good guy.
