  These folks are scammers. please don’t do it. They literally charge for everything. They charge for extra mileage like a rental car. They also will turn your car off for non payment. Forbid you have any type of emergency. No No No I personally do not recommend.

  Please do not buy a car from these people unless you are only going to be in a for a small amount of time. They charge you for mileage to drive a car you’re making payments on. Yes, they literally tell you how much you’re able to drive your car and says it’s in the contract but it’s hidden. No one said anything about mileage when I bought the car and signed. They rush through the paperwork and skip completely over that part. The minute I get a chance, I’m out of THEIR car because with charges and fees like these…you’ll never own or after about 9-10 years you will but it probably won’t even be running by then. I’ve been very patient with this dealership but this has hit the limit. There’s still issues with my car that they are supposed to fix but can’t even give you a loaner car! But have the nerve to tell you how much to drive it. Oh and Michelle is very arrogant about the lease and “you signed it so you have to pay it”. I’m highly disturbed. Stay away from them and if you do have a car with them, get out of it. Car still has a check engine light and they’re turning my car off for payments and I haven’t even been driving the car. They’ve been fixing on it more than anything. Now I feel as if they are trying to do everything to make me want to give them the car back. Payment payment payment or they’re going to cut it off after speaking with them yesterday and making a payment. Today my car gets cut off and I had to get my mother to pay it for me in her credit card so they won’t try to take the car. This is by far, the worst experience I have ever had in my life, not just buying a car. I’m on vacation and they’ve ruined it after saying “enjoy your vacation and we will take car of it when you get home.” But yet, you turn my car off on a late Friday enough for me to not be able to call in to make a payment then 3 days pass and there you have it, they’ll be repoing my car when I literally just spoke with them. I can not believe how I’ve been being treated. As if I and nothing around me matters. I’m heartbroken, I’m angry, I’m frustrated and lost. I don’t know what else to do to get me out of this nightmare. How can I afford a lawyer for a car that’s been fixed on for the same issues while making payments, finding rides to get to work and make money. It’s like I just have to “DEAL WITH IT.” Im tired, I’m exhausted. It’s just entirely too much, I feel robbed of my livelihood, my finances and my mental health. Im on vacation and can’t even enjoy myself. Wow
