I valued so much that they were very transparent on their overhead cost on the vehicle so that I knew that I was getting a correct price. They also understood where I had a perspective on what my car was valued on for the trade-in, and they were great at compromising to find a middle ground. I could truly write an essay about every minor or for me. It was major thing that they did to make this a positive experience. I honestly don’t know if I would ever want to go to anybody else to purchase a vehicle. The manager Allen is phenomenal at hearing and acknowledging and addressing concerns. He is eager to work with his clients to help make the process as smooth and easy for them. Franco was my salesman and he was such a treat to talk to and work with. I felt like he represented us very well and he was very honest about the things he knew, and didn’t know about the vehicle. He was not in anyway, arrogant or condescending, which I have run into so many times and purchasing cars. He was a gentleman with a wonderful, outgoing personality. Never did I feel pushed into this sale by anybody at AutoNation. I’m shocked to see that this location doesn’t have higher reviews. It is incredibly clean and the people who work here are incredibly focused on satisfying the customer. In no way I did I get any perks for sending this review out. This is just my own personal perspective with no kickbacks. I mean if they wanna throw me a cookie I’m OK with that. ? I really hope that Allen and Franco get acknowledgment in this company. They are a huge asset.

Valerie and Mo were excellent as well and helped me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend buying from them if your in the market for a vehicle.
I basically told them what I wanted, and they were able to do it. Went perfectly. Best place to “trade in” a car without selling it on your own. Very fair pricing of your trade in compared to so many places that try to low ball you, and they don’t even make you buy a car from them to get their best offer. I had 1 offer that was better, but I had to buy from that dealership to get the offer, and we decided to get a different vehicle, so that offer left the table. I definitely recommend AutoNation!

They called me and promised me on the phone they would beat the offer I got from Caravana for my car.
I gave them all my car details online using their website and shared the offers I got before I headed out there and they confirmed that they will beat it. after sitting there for an hour they came back to me and said the car was pretty standard and not equipped much and then stopped again after 20 minutes and started talking bad about Caravana and how other customers told them about bad experiences with them. but I had a perfect experience with them in the past so they left me again for another 35 minutes and they came back to me saying sorry we can’t beat that offer, motherfact we offer you less??!!
