Attentive sales people, which we have only experienced friendly, helpful advice and detailed information without the heavy-handed pressure tactics.2 months agoMy sales man “Solomon” and Cassill motors stated my car I have purchased back in March 10, 2023 was a clean title, had one previous owner and no accidents history. Come to find out they didn’t tell me that the car was a lemon buyback branded title that was involved in a FLOOD, with 3 previous owners, and involved in multiple accidents, and had numerous issues in the past which is why it jumped from multiple states in a short period of time. They failed to inform me the negative information from a car title to inflate its value (which they sold it to me to almost 12k, which is by far what it is not worth, it is worth half of that) Generally speaking, if a certain element of a vehicle has malfunctioned several times while under warranty, and this malfunctioning element makes the car inoperable or unsafe to drive. I don’t appreciate the fact none of this was brought up to me during my time of buying a car, but more-however, lied about the cars past. I am very disappointed with purchasing a car from here, you guys will never have me as a customer again buying a vehicle, this is not okay to be doing to customers and you should fully disclose all information from the start to make sure a customer choosing a car they want to buy that they will feel safe in, rather then hiding things about the car that make in potentially hazardous on-top of over charging the value of a car like this just so you can make a sale off someone.2 months agoWas having tire issues. Stopped in and not only did my tire get looked at but I was also given advice to make the tire last until the lugnut key is ordered. I had no idea a lugnut needed a key. Who knew?! Lol. Superb Customer Service! I only have one complaint. More like a concern… There’s usually a beautiful dog that stops by to say good morning when I’m there and it was noticeable they weren’t around. I almost don’t want to drive it and dirty it up— guess I’ll just have to go back for another soon!

Pros: got me approved with $0 down with bad credit.
Cons: tried charging me $27k over 4 years for a car u can purchase for $6500 or less. After 1 day of having in my possession check engine light came on for catalytic converter which isn’t covered in their “warranty ” and wanted to charge me $900 for it.
So in other words if you truly need a car with easy approval and don’t mind getting charged 4x the amount the vehicle is worth then come here, if you don’t want to spend that much then stay away from this place.
They are quick to call you and your job in the “morning” (when they pull the payment) ,so they can bug you about payment time. Be aware. I know from experience, no body likes when that happens. I’m in good standings with jd byrider. I’m just not a fan of the customer service and interactions I have with them.
Great service in the service department, they usually can squeeze me in if they have a little time and something is up with the car, great warranty on their cars I have only had to pay a deductible for any work that has been needed to be done, which isn’t much because they car runs very smoothly, free oil changes between 7 and 9 during the week, and they let me know when I need it done because I’m forgetful, it’s been an all around great experience. The amazing woman at the service desk is on top of it all and makes every experience from them wonderfully perfect in every way!
He was nice and updeat very well at explaining and helping got me into exactly what i wanted for a car and was overall ??
