  This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from M and F and I was super happy both times. Yesterday I was able to get my dream car! Julian was awesome in finding which location it was at (online said Coors but it was actually at Academy) and taking us over there so we could drive it back. He was able to get the down payment lowered to something we could afford too. Then Shannon handled all the paperwork at the end and she is amazing! Such a fun person.   ## Review of Zia Auto Sales

  I recently had a negative experience with Zia Auto Sales and felt compelled to warn potential buyers. My friend, her family, and her clients were put into extreme danger due to a vehicle that was sold to them with a faulty braking system. To make matters worse, the staff at Zia Auto Sales showed complete disregard for their safety and well-being. Mr. Rojo was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and Travis took advantage of a female who was unfamiliar with cars by persuading her that the vehicle was safe on the test drive. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unethical.

  I would strongly advise any potential buyers to stay away from Zia Auto Sales. Not only do they sell vehicles with dangerous defects, but they also mistreat their customers and show no regard for their safety. If you are looking for a reliable and reputable dealership, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  20231216 worst experience with a New Mexico auto dealership. Do not trust these people because they will run your credit with many banks without asking you. I was informed at the beginning it would be one check with an institution. Not a lot more after. So protect yourself and ask your bank which dealership they have a good relationship with. You are better off getting a build sheet and taking that to your bank. You take the check to the dealer to pick up your vehicle. so the dealer doesn’t fill in the blanks and make more money off of you.

  In short: Excellent in every part of the buying experience.

  In detail: the cars are reviewed and certified on-site by their garage. The quality of their in-depth reviews is better than a trip to your own mechanic. Any and every mechanical or maintenance issue is addressed by their garage before the car hits the lot, rather than something for you to have to negotiate/barter on.

  We purchased the vehicle six months ago. Vehicle is in perfect working order. Filters, fluids, tires are all excellent and were taken care before the vehicle was available for test drives.

  I have purchased and sold cars personally and professionally. I was impressed by the speed and quality of the transaction. We came in with a pre-approval dated prior to the rate volatility. All the same, the options show by Zia Auto available through local financial partners were competitive rates. The staff gave us no difficulty or price changes because we brought and used our own financing.

  The pricing was extremely reasonable. We barely negotiated about $200 because of some cosmetic work.

  Every part of the transaction that was agreed to was honored in full. Professional, honest, kind, and human. Thoroughly impressed. Will absolutely look there first for next vehicle. Might even let them know what we want and wait for them to have it in stock.
